I bought a ticket BUK-[protected] on 14 NOV 2021 on line for Euro 504 with Budget. air. uk for my son to fly from OR Tambo South Africa 0n 13 Dec 2021 with Lufthansa to Ireland and return in May 2022.In the option I inluded Premium Service Package and Airhelp plus, it included a refund of up Euro 500 which I paid for with Covid cancellations in mind.
Now that travel restrictions to Europe from South Africa are in place because of covid Omnicron I request a refund and I am told that I can only get Euro 87 refund. What about the option for refund that I paid for?
