Mixed Experience with Bullion Exchanges: Delayed Shipping and Poor Customer Service
To be honest, I gotta say that my experience with Bullion Exchanges was a bit of a mixed bag. On one hand, I was pretty stoked to get my hands on a roll of 20 2018 silver eagles. But on the other hand, it took a whopping 14 days after my check cleared for me to actually receive them. That's a pretty long time to wait, if you ask me.
I tried reaching out to customer service via email about a week after my check cleared, but I never heard back from them. So I decided to give them a call instead. I spoke to a dude named Sean around 9:00 AM PST on July 30TH, and he told me that my coins would ship that evening and that I'd get an email with the tracking number. But when I didn't get that email, I started to get a little worried.
Thankfully, I did end up getting a confirmation of shipment on July 31ST at 4:56 PM PST. And then, finally, my coins arrived on August 2ND. So, all in all, it wasn't the smoothest transaction I've ever had.
That being said, I do have to give Bullion Exchanges some credit. Last year, I bought a roll of 20 2017 silver eagles from them and was super impressed with the price and how quickly they arrived. So, I guess it's possible that this was just a fluke.
All things considered, I'm not sure if I'll be buying my silver eagles from Bullion Exchanges again next year. I might shop around and see if there's a better option out there. But who knows? Maybe I'll give them another shot.
Disappointing Quality Control: My Experience with Bullion Exchanges
I recently got my hands on a 2018 1 oz. South Africa Krugerrand Black Ruthenium with Gold Highlights from Bullion Exchanges, and boy was I excited! With only 500 of these bad boys minted, I knew I had something special. However, my excitement quickly turned to disappointment when I noticed not one, not two, but three small scratches just above the Springbok. I mean, come on! These are brand new coins, and I'm sure I'm not the only one who expects them to be in pristine condition.
To make matters worse, this isn't the first time I've received a scratched coin from Bullion Exchanges. I also found a small scratch on a Silver Chiwoo Cheonwang coin I ordered from them in the past. Don't get me wrong, I've received some really nice coins from BE as well, but when it comes to coins with a lower mintage, I expect them to be in tip-top shape.
I'm not sure if I can continue blindly ordering from Bullion Exchanges without knowing what to expect when I receive a newly minted coin. It's a shame, really, because they have a great selection and their prices are competitive. But if I can't trust that I'll receive a coin in the condition I expect, then what's the point?
Trustworthy and Reliable: My Review of Bullion Exchanges for Buying Precious Metals
'm not sure if that made any sense, but what I'm trying to say is that Bullion Exchanges is a great place to buy precious metals. I've been a customer for a few years now and I've always been impressed with their selection and prices.
Their website is easy to navigate and they have a wide variety of products to choose from. Whether you're looking for gold, silver, platinum, or palladium, they have it all. And if you're not sure what to buy, their customer service team is always happy to help.
One thing I really appreciate about Bullion Exchanges is their commitment to quality. They only sell products from reputable mints and manufacturers, so you can be sure you're getting the real deal. And their packaging is top-notch, so your precious metals will arrive in perfect condition.
Overall, I highly recommend Bullion Exchanges to anyone looking to buy precious metals. They're a trustworthy and reliable company with great prices and a wide selection. So if you're in the market for some gold or silver, give them a try!
Bullion Exchanges: The Real MVP in the Bullion Game
I gotta say, Bullion Exchanges is the real deal. They are straight up crushing the competition. I used to be a regular at SDBULLION, they always boasted about having the "lowest price period". But let me tell you, every time I made a purchase over ten grand for "in stock" bullion and paid with my visa debit card, it took them a month to get it to me. And this wasn't even during the holidays, mind you. They lied to me more than once, but I kept going back because of the savings.
Then I stumbled upon Christopher on YouTube, and he put me on to Bullion Exchanges. I couldn't believe my luck. Their prices beat SDBULLION, and they provide the same level of professional service as Apmex, which I do a lot of business with. I'll always believe that SDBullion was using my money to buy bullion that they claimed to already have.
So, I'm grateful for Bullion Exchanges. They're the real MVP. Their service is top-notch, and their prices are unbeatable. I'll never go back to SDBULLION again. Thank you, Bullion Exchanges, for being the best in the game.
Review: Bullion Exchanges - Great Place to Buy Bullion with Fair Prices and Amazing Deals!
Bullion Exchanges is a great place to buy bullion! I recently pre-ordered the 2019 silver Chinese Panda and when it arrived, I was over the moon. The prices are really fair and they make sure you are happy with your purchase. I've bought from them about 10 times in 2018 and never had any problems. I even got some amazing deals! I also got a Silver Aztec coin, which is a real stunner. I submitted my order and just two days later, they were completely sold out of these rounds.
What's really cool is that Bullion Exchanges has an E-Bay store where they offer some really great specials from time to time. I highly recommend checking out their deals page and bookmarking it. They are a pretty terrific company and I really enjoy using them to purchase bullion.
One thing I've noticed is that they seem to be willing to offer far more than their online competitors when it comes to selling back bullion. So, if prices start spiking upward, keep that in mind. Overall, I highly recommend Bullion Exchanges for all your bullion needs!
Buyer Beware: My Bad Experience with Bullion Exchanges and Their Dishonest Management
I recently had a bad experience with Bullion Exchanges when I ordered a 100 dollar face value bag of 90 percent silver quarters. Unfortunately, when I received the bag, I found that 20 coins were missing. To make matters worse, the bag was shipped loose instead of in rolls, which made it difficult to assess what I had received. This was a major red flag for me, and I immediately reached out to the company for help.
Unfortunately, I found that the management was not very helpful in resolving the issue. I even warned them that they had someone dishonest working for them, but they did not seem to take my concerns seriously. After reading some of the other reviews on Google, I realized that I was not alone in my experience.
To make matters worse, the CEO of Bullion Exchanges, Mr. Eric Gozenput, became very angry when I left a negative review about my experience. In retaliation, he left a bad review for my father's pest control company, saying that the owner was not trustworthy. This was completely uncalled for, and my father is now seeking legal counsel over the matter.
Despite all of this, I still believe that there is a thief in the shipping department at Bullion Exchanges. I hope that my experience will help others to avoid making a bad decision when it comes to buying precious metals. Buyers beware!
Disappointing Experience with Bullion Exchanges: Impaired Queen's Beasts Yale Silver Coins
I recently ordered a tube of Queen's Beasts Yale silver coins from Bullion Exchanges. I was excited to receive my order, but unfortunately, my experience was not what I had hoped for. When I received my order, I noticed that the tube had been opened and repacked. This alone would not have bothered me, but the coins inside were in terrible condition. Nine out of the ten coins had milk spots and most had visible scuffing on the face of the coins.
I cannot prove that the company sorts tubes, but when the tube is opened and the coins are impaired, I must assume that this is what happened. I consider these coins to be impaired, and their resale value is significantly reduced. Unfortunately, because of Bullion Exchanges' return policy, it is not worthwhile to return these coins. Instead, I will likely sell them at melt value and purchase new coins from another dealer.
As someone who spends thousands of dollars annually on coins, I am deeply disappointed with this purchase. I also left a review of my experience on the website, but it has mysteriously never been published. It seems that Bullion Exchanges does not allow negative reviews on their site. This makes me question whether I can trust Bullion Exchanges enough to purchase from them again.
Overall, my experience with Bullion Exchanges was not a positive one. I hope that they will take steps to improve their quality control and customer service in the future. Until then, I will be taking my business elsewhere.
Inflexible Delivery Policy: A Review of Bullion Exchanges' Monster Box of Silver
First time buying a Monster Box of silver from Bullion Exchanges and gotta say, the delivery service they use is a real pain in the neck. UPS is way too restrictive, man. They require you to be home during the weekday to sign and receive the item and don't allow for weekend delivery, pick up at UPS, or delivery to a nearby access point where you could sign for the item. I mean, what's up with that?
I work Monday through Friday and don't get home until after missing the delivery, so I explained this to their customer service. But it was like talking to a brick wall, you know? It was difficult to get them to arrange an alternative that would accommodate a working guy like me.
Finally, after a lot of back and forth, Mr. Sean Torenli was able to rectify the problem by getting UPS to hold the item. I was able to sign for it at the UPS center, but it was a real hassle, man.
I get that they're concerned about the security of the item, but there should be more flexibility allowing the customer to pick up and sign for the item at UPS without having to make numerous phone calls to coordinate and ask for an exception to policy.
I appreciate Sean getting involved and resolving my issue, but it's ridiculous to expect a customer to take leave and stay home from work in order to receive the item. I was thinking about purchasing another Monster Box in the future, but I have serious reservations because of their delivery policy. I hope they can figure something out, because I really like their products.
Shipping Issue with Bullion Exchanges: Heavy Bars Caused Damage to Box
We've ordered from Bullion Exchanges a few times now and we've never had any problems. We've even ordered some heavy bars and they arrived without any issues. However, our most recent delivery had a bit of a problem. The heavy bars had shifted inside the shipment box and created a big hole in the side of the box. We understand why they used a USPS Flat Rate box, but the cardboard is pretty flimsy. They did use reinforced tape across the top, bottom, and ends of the package, but the hole was created on one side of the box where there was no tape. It seems like they know this is an issue, but they need to wrap tape all around these thin shipping boxes.
When we received the package, our post office covered the gaping wound with some tape that basically declared 'this is how we received this'. We didn't know what the contents were, so our postman wanted us to sign for it before we could be sure everything we ordered was in there. Apparently, you have to sign for the package for him to release it to you, but we didn't want to sign for it if it was missing contents. My husband opened it anyway, and luckily, surprisingly even, everything was in there. We don't know how that would have played out if anything was missing, and a call to Bullion Exchanges didn't enlighten us with that information either. The advice we received was to put a note on any future orders asking for more reinforced tape on the box.
Other than this shipping issue, we do like this company. They have a good selection of products and we've never had any issues with their customer service. We just hope they can address this shipping issue so that we can continue to order from them without any worries.

Mixed feelings about Bullion Exchanges - Great selection, poor packaging
I gotta say, I was pretty stoked when I stumbled upon Bullion Exchanges. They had this coin I'd been searching high and low for, and their website was a breeze to navigate. I mean, who doesn't love a good online shopping experience, am I right?
But then, when my package arrived, I was pretty bummed to find that the items inside were damaged. Like, seriously damaged. And it wasn't because of anything I did - the packaging was just straight-up terrible. I was so frustrated because these items were super rare and valuable, and now they were ruined. I tried to find replacements, but no luck.
I will say, though, that Bullion Exchanges did step up and send me a return label and packaging. So, props to them for taking responsibility for the situation. It's still a bummer, but at least they tried to make it right.
Overall, I'm torn. On one hand, I'm grateful to have found this site and to have gotten my hands on that elusive coin. On the other hand, the whole damaged goods thing was a major letdown. I'll probably still shop here in the future, but I'll definitely be crossing my fingers for better packaging.
Bullion Exchanges Review: Good Selection, But Categories Need Improvement
I recently checked out Bullion Exchanges and I gotta say, some of their coin products are all mixed up in the wrong categories. Like, for example, they got a Fiji Apollo gold coin listed under "US Commemorative Coins" category. What's up with that? It's confusing and kinda frustrating to have to sift through all the wrong categories just to find what you're looking for.
Another thing that's kinda annoying is when you click on a category or sub-category link and there's nothing there. Like, seriously? Why even have the link if there's nothing to show for it? It's a waste of time and energy for both the customer and the website.
But, I will say that Bullion Exchanges does have a pretty good selection of coins and bullion. They got everything from gold and silver bars to rare coins and collectibles. And their prices seem pretty fair compared to other sites I've checked out.
Overall, I'd say Bullion Exchanges is worth checking out if you're in the market for some precious metals. Just be prepared to do a little extra clicking and searching to find what you're looking for.
Review of Bullion Exchanges: Convenient Payment Process and Signing Requirement
I was really excited to buy some precious metals from Bullion Exchanges (bullionexchanges.com). However, I was a bit disappointed when I found out that I had to mail a check instead of doing an electronic check. It would have been more convenient for me to do it electronically, but I understand that some people prefer to pay with a physical check.
When my package arrived, I was a bit confused because I missed the part where I needed to sign for it. I had to go to the post office to pick it up, which was a bit of a hassle. If I had known that I needed to be there to sign for it, I would have made sure someone was home. But, I guess that's just part of the process.
I've received more expensive items through the mail before without having to sign for them, so I was a bit surprised. However, I do understand that Bullion Exchanges wants to make sure that the right person receives the package. So, I guess it's better to be safe than sorry.
Overall, I had a good experience with Bullion Exchanges. I just wish that the payment process was a bit more convenient and that I had known about the signing requirement beforehand. But, I'll definitely keep them in mind for future purchases.

Bullion Exchanges Review: Great Potential, Minor Issues
I really like Bullion Exchanges, but I wish they had an easier way to find all the silver products in one place. It would save me a lot of time and hassle. Also, I don't like having to pay taxes on my order, so it would be great if they could just take care of that for me. Finally, I prefer using E-checks instead of sending in paper checks.
Despite these minor issues, I still ordered from Bullion Exchanges because of their minimum check order requirement for silver eagles. I was also interested in their "rare" items, like the two pez dispensers I purchased. If I see something similar online, I will definitely order from them again.
Overall, I still prefer JM Bullion for most of my purchases, but I think Bullion Exchanges has a lot of potential. I really like their bullbucks program, which is a great way to earn rewards for future purchases.
Bullion Exchanges Review: Disappointing Experience with Milk Spots and Poor Customer Service
My experience with Bullion Exchanges was not great. I received my 2021 American Silver Eagle coins with milk spots all over them, and the company did not offer any kind of discount or compensation for the issue. I understand that milk spots can happen over time, but all of the coins arrived this way, which makes me think that they are sending out the lower quality coins to online purchasers and keeping the better ones for in-store customers.
To make matters worse, I reached out to the company via email to express my concerns and have not received a response. This lack of customer service is disappointing and makes me hesitant to do business with them again in the future.
If you are looking to purchase brand new 2021 American Silver Eagle coins with milk spots and don't mind paying full price, then Bullion Exchanges may be the store for you. However, if you value good customer service and want to avoid potentially receiving lower quality coins, I would recommend looking elsewhere. It's important to be aware that there are still dishonest companies out there, so always do your research before making a purchase.
Disastrous Experience with Bullion Exchanges: Cancelled Order and Price Increase
I gotta say, my experience with Bullion Exchanges was a total disaster. I mean, I've shopped online before, but this was something else. I put in my debit card info and everything seemed fine, but then over a week later, I get an email saying my order was canceled. And get this, the price had gone up since I placed the order! What kind of shady business is that?
So I called them up, and the rep on the other end was just reading from a script. It was so obvious, and the excuse they gave me was just plain insulting. I'm so disappointed and upset. I mean, who do they think they are, playing with people's money like that? It's not right.
I'm still waiting for my money to be returned, and who knows how long that'll take. I'm out of funds and time, and it's all because of this company. They shouldn't be allowed to do business like this. It's just not fair.
Honestly, I wouldn't recommend Bullion Exchanges to anyone. They're not trustworthy, and they don't care about their customers. It's a shame, really.
Bitcoin Payment System Needs Improvement at Bullion Exchanges
I recently tried to buy some precious metals from Bullion Exchanges using bitcoin as my payment method. I went through the process of placing my order and received an email with a link to bitpay to send my bitcoin. I sent the bitcoin, but unfortunately, it took longer than expected to transfer, and my order timed out and was canceled.
I was disappointed, but I received an email from bitpay informing me that I had a refund available for the full amount of my purchase, minus their transaction fees. I was hoping to resolve the issue with Bullion Exchanges, but they directed me to contact bitpay instead.
I have now requested my refund and am waiting for it to be completed. While I appreciate the effort Bullion Exchanges put into trying to resolve the issue, I don't think I'll be using bitcoin as a payment method with them again. It seems like there are some problems with the system, and I don't want to risk having my order canceled again.
Overall, I think Bullion Exchanges has a good selection of products and a user-friendly website. However, their bitcoin payment system needs some work. I hope they can improve it in the future so that customers like me can have a smoother experience.
Bullion Exchanges: Unreliable and Asinine Behavior
I gotta say, I was a pretty regular customer of Bullion Exchanges back in the day, like early Q4 of 2017. But then, they went and suspended my last order, even though I had already paid in full! Can you believe it? I was pretty ticked off, let me tell you.
So, I finally called them up to see what the deal was, and you know what they told me? They said, "Oh, we thought it was weird that you suddenly started buying more from us." Like, what the heck? I had only been buying coins from them for like two months, and I was just doubling my weekly purchases from $85 to $160 on average. I mean, come on, that's not even that much! I was just trying to double-down on my savings, you know?
Anyway, I gotta say, that was some pretty asinine behavior from Bullion Exchanges. I've been buying from a bunch of other bullion dealers for like nine years now, and I've never heard such a ridiculous excuse from any of them. I mean, I've bought from APMEX, KITCO, JM Bullion, GovMint, BGASC, GoldenEagle, RCM, and even the USMint.gov, and none of them have ever given me any trouble like that.
So, yeah, I don't know what's up with Bullion Exchanges, but I'm definitely not going back there anytime soon. If you're looking for a reliable bullion dealer, I'd recommend checking out one of the other guys I mentioned. Trust me, you'll be better off.
Bullion Exchanges Review: Unreliable Service and Dishonest Practices
I recently had a less than satisfactory experience with Bullion Exchanges. I must say, I was not impressed with their service at all. I had purchased an item from them on eBay and was excited to receive it. However, to my dismay, they canceled the sale right after the price went up. I was extremely disappointed and felt cheated.
I understand that prices fluctuate, but if you enter into a binding agreement, you should honor it. I was willing to pay the agreed-upon price, even if the price of gold went down. But, unfortunately, Bullion Exchanges did not feel the same way.
I was left feeling frustrated and cheated. I expected them to ship my product, but they did not. It's a shame that they do not play by the rules. I would not recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable bullion dealer.
I wish I had checked their ratings before making my purchase. I later found out that other people have had similar complaints. It's disappointing to see a business that does not value their customers.
If you decide to buy from Bullion Exchanges, be aware that you may be taking a risk. They may take your money, hold it for a week or so, and then decide not to ship you the item you agreed to buy. It's a huge scam, and I would advise against doing business with them.
In conclusion, I would not recommend Bullion Exchanges to anyone. There are plenty of other bullion dealers out there that value their customers and play by the rules. Don't make the same mistake I did and check their ratings before making a purchase.
