Street Deal cheating & spam

Normally I purchased item in Qoo online everything fine.until last
year I purchased one item in street deal, i was feel cheated by street deal.
Without notice the term and conditions.
They charge my credit card for 2 times $88.70 which I never notice .until
Second time they charge again, I check with dbs bank .after that the
Bank told me is something like membership.they inform me to call them for refund.
yet I call street deal they told me that was non refundable on top of that
that they say why not u go online purchased another $88.70 item.is like forcing me.
For just a small item cost $50 yet now paying for $200 over.really being cheated for
nothing.normally shop like to play around with the term and condition.

Street Deal Streetdeal - Charging without authorised

when i check my credit card statement, I found out I had subscribed the StreetDeal Premium without my knowledge. I'm not intent to the join the premium member, after the email to cancel the stupid membership got the reply in May, i found that it still deduct SGD88 from credit card for second time, it really a money sucker! I need help to get my hard earn money back and i will cancel my credit card to stop the stupid transaction!
