It really is too much to type and I have a text where one of the reps that installed said to me in a text maybe I need to downgrade. So I have had a gig first and now apparently he said that I can't get that, that I need to go down to the 500. Can someone please call ,e as I made a call to the customer service after hours and my service is much worse now and it is just awful as the service person on the phone was reading the part to me that if it was found to be my fault then I can and will have to pay- what the heck kind of company are you running ?
