Tim Hortons - poor service, wrong order

In our 13 drinks they gave hot cafe mocha instead of mocha ice Capp
Breakfast ordered on honestly biscuit got on English muffin
Ketchup and napkins not there even after asking with 13 drinks, 2 dozen donuts, breakfast and crossaint order.
Refused to add specialty donut donut in 2 dozen donut order
I repeated ordered twice to confirm as there confirmation screen wasn't working as well

Tim Hortons - reward program

I work across the street from the Tim Hortons in Calgary at 49th Ave. Every break at 10:00 am I go to Tim Hortons to purchase a cappuccino and donut. ( December 19th 2019) I have the rewards card and on my 8th purchase I was told that I qualified for a free purchase. I asked them if I would get my coffee free. They told me that the Cappuccino was not included in the free item. They told me that I could have my donut free. The donut was an old fashion glaze (.99 cents) . They see me every day and I always buy a Cappuccino because I don't drink any other beverage at Tim Hortons. I read the rules of the rewards program and it states that on the 8th purchase a coffee would be free. It does not state that only limited coffee are free. I'm very disappointed in your program. McDonalds honours a Cappuccino with their rewards program and Tim Hortons should also.

didn't realize I would be put up for ridicule from the general public. I want the complaint taken down. I don't need daily notifications from the haters. Unreal how cruel society is!

Tim Hortons - customer service

I have written complaints quite a few times about this location on the surveys I am given, but this takes top spot. I am very fed up with the customer service at this location.
Yesterday we ordered 2 Chocolate Chip ice caps, was told they could only make one so we went to another location. Today, at 8:00pm I was told that the drinks were discontinued so we ordered one Large Double Double, with a double cup and dome lid. The order was verified so we proceeded to the window, where the drink had neither a dome lid or was it double cupped. So I asked once again, Double cup, with a dome lid. I get attitude and the lady comes back with just a dome lid on the coffee. So I go to another location on Barlow Trail, where I order the Chocolate Chip ice cap and have no problem. I then ask the lady working the drive-thru if the drink has been discontinued and she tells me no.
I do not appreciate being lied to and I have had nothing but bad experiences with this location. I will not be returning and I will be guaranteeing that my friends and family will not be either.

For someone who is old enough to drive you are foolish. in some locations the item is discontinued due to lack of sales.
