Tim Hortons review: Disgusting garbage issue at Tim Hortons in Strandherd Plaza

I can't believe the amount of garbage piled outside Tim Hortons, 4295 Strandherd Dr, Nepean, ON K2J 5P8, even spilling onto the sidewalk. I've had to change my walking route because of the horrible smell and the disgusting trash attracting rats. Where is the plaza management and the by-law enforcement? Why aren't they ticketing the Tim Hortons at Strandherd Plaza, where the Costco warehouse is located? I had to take photos to show the public how disgusting this is. Since when does Canada look like this?
