Good App, but Dangerous Errors
This app is great for ordering your favorite chicken fingers on the go but can be proven to have some dangerous errors within it.
I started using this app around 2 weeks and I already have ran into a dangerous error. I was ordering a box combo but the app crashed and I couldn’t access it for some reason. When I went to my email however to see if it got ordered, I was charged with not 1 extra Caniac combo, but 3. The email thankfully gave me a number to call if there was problems.
Canes quickly picked up my call and I told them about the problem. The understood and gave me a refund right on the spot. If you’re using this app, make sure to use caution as this can happen. Hopefully for some, this issue won’t happen as sadly it happened to me.
So fkning annoying. Terrible App
This app used to work fine now it doesn’t. Won’t let order as a guest and forces me to make an account to check-out. Thought I already had an account, tried “Forgot password” and didn’t receive an email after resending code 4 times. Tried to make an account, didn’t receive a verification code needed to complete the account set-up.. after sending that another 4 times. Never received any code and couldn’t check-out without making an account which it didn’t let me. By the time I figured it wasnt working we already arrived at the Canes we were trying to order ahead for and now have wait in a 45 minute line. Going to in n out instead. Screw this app and screw canes if I had to choose between waiting in line or waiting for this crap app to work I would choose neither and choose to go somewhere else.
Serious flaw
The first time I used the app, it seemed pretty good. It took the restaurant almost 10 minutes to bring out my food after I arrived, but I don’t know if that was the app or just the people. But, since then, I’ve attempted to use it THREE different times at two locations. I choose my restaurant, enter my family’s order, enter payment info, choose curbside (it has always said that drive thru isn’t available), enter the description of my vehicle and *THENafter all that, it says “we’re sorry, Cane’s #xxx is not taking mobile orders at this time”. WTH?!?! Either it’s saying that because it’s somehow erroring out at the end or someone made a SERIOUS design flaw that doesn’t tell you a restaurant is unavailable until after you’ve wasted a bunch of time. Really, REALLY annoying. Will not use this app again.
Good concept, but very poorly executed
It’s really cool that you can finally order ahead at Canes, but this app needs serious work. I made an account and three times it said there was an error and it couldn’t make it. So then, I try it again and it says there is already an account under that email. So I then try to log in with my email and password but when I pressed “log in” it would load for less than a second and then not log me in. I tried it 10 times until finally it said my email and password didn’t match, so I assumed I put in the password wrong and went to change my password. I put in my email so it would send the password change, but it came up with a red error that literally just
Said [object Object] like what? And it didn’t send the email confirmation. Once again if they can fix some issues with logging in this would be a great app.
Just not that great
The app’s geo tracking is awful. There needs to be an “I’m here” button or there is no purpose to this whole curbside thing. It’s buggy and always sits at pending especially if you place the order at like 11:00 to be ready at 5:00. There’s also no way to add an extra item from the meal screen so it’s always a hassle trying to add items from the extras screen. I get that the response is always to leave the app open with geo tracking enabled for the order, but that’s just simply bad app design. To make it more convenient for customers, especially for those that order ahead, there needs to be some way for the customer to indicate that they are either on their way, or at the restaurant. Overall, the design looks like it kept mainly the staff and IT system in mind, which is a good thing, but not much consideration for the customer’s convenience.
Logging in is HORRIBLE
I’ve tried to login for a week to this app. Every time I go to Raising Canes, I try again to use the app and cannot get it to work. Here is my experience:
I try to login, the screen doesn’t progress. Sometimes it gives me verification images, which are tiny and difficult to make out, and no matter how many I select it never goes away. When I click “verify” it just takes me back to login and starts the whole process again.
The verification images range from “select the bicycles” to “crosswalks” to “traffic lights” and no matter what I choose it never verified my login.
It’s so infuriating to have no way of logging in properly. I’m not getting notices about whether I’m failing the verification, or why I loop back to the login over and over.
I use apps for Sonic, Chick-Fil-A, Taco Bell, Chipotle, and many other restaurants and I really enjoy eating at Raising Canes, but this experience deters me.
Review for online ordering
This is a review for ordering online. You cannot press “X” as it does nothing, and if you mess up you cant change it unless you start the entire order over. The buggiest app and website ive ever seen from a restaurant. Please hire actual developers to make this work because only half the buttons actually do anything, and because of this I had to start over multiple times. Also, there is no “Check out as guest” option like every other food ordering platform on the planet. You have to sit there and make an account. Once I saw this, I just closed the app and went somewhere else to eat. Too much jumping through hoops for a couple chicken fingers.
PS do not reply to me saying “Sorry this happened!1!1!1! Please call us at…..” No. I shouldnt have to call, that is what the reviews are FOR. Have upper management actually LOOK at these terrible reviews, nobody has time to call and complain. Its 2021. Get it together
Great chicken fingers!
Great food, even if Raising Cane’s has a menu limited to chicken fingers. And the chicken fingers are delicious! Tender & moist, the breading is just right for the most part. Our order came out quickly so the tenders were still hot. Nice! And the dipping sauce is a great complement to the strips. I dipped the fries in it & that was good too. The rest of the menu like the coleslaw was ok—coleslaw is coleslaw. Nothing to write hone about. I’m disappointed with the Texas toast as it was only toasted and buttered on one side. I remember Texas toast as toasted & buttered on both sides. And I heard their tea was great but I can’t comment on that as I got the unsweetened tea. And unsweetened tea is just unsweetened tea. Overall, I’m impressed with Raising Cane’s, and it’s just because of the chicken fingers! I’ll be back for sure, but maybe when the newness of a just-opened restaurant wears off and the lines aren’t so long.

Since you pay for the ready before you get to this restaurant they don’t care about the quality of what you’re getting, granted it could be my particular raising Cane‘s #55 in Baton Rouge, LA. Granted I was late picking it up about 40 minutes, but they did not call me to see if my time was changed, they had it all packed up and sitting on the counter when I got there. So all the food is cold and not good. All because of the app and me paying before hand. Got the answer from the developers keeping my app open doesn’t make a bit of difference in the order of $140 + I placed. Cold food because it was paid for in advance. Raising Canes doesn’t lose anything if it’s cold or not, except a customer that will never order from them again the store doesn’t care and has done this before with missing items ordered on past orders. The app makes it worse so this store has their money and you don’t realize anything is wrong until it’s to late
You sure this is the only way to reset my password?
Logged in to my email today and saw that I had almost 100 emails all sending me log-in request codes…that I didn’t request, all sent within the same two minutes. Like any safety-abiding app user, I immediately went to reset my password. I got all the way to “reset my password,” the magic button that would fix my security issues, and for some reason nothing happened. The button didn’t activate even after I ensured the passwords matched and I had the correct verification code. I tried again, closed out the app and reopened it, deleted the app and redownloaded, everything led to the same result. I opened the Cane’s website on my browser and discovered that the browser website doesn’t even have an account login, let alone a way to reset a password. I ended up closing my account entirely, as that seemed safer than letting my account fall into strange hands without being able to reset my password. Anyway, set up 2-factor authentication if you haven’t already.
Confusing user experience
I pick a pickup time an hour in the future, I put in my credit card number, I click pay, it processes for like a minute with that dumb disco ball, but then nothing happens. It just takes me back to the screen where I just clicked pay. Did it work? Do I need to click pay again? Did I get charged? Where is the confirmation screen?
Then I scroll back up and see a hidden error message and it’s like “where experiencing a high order volume and cannot immediately start your order”. What does that mean? Are you going to start it later and then tell me to pickup later? Did I get charged? I’m so confused. The error message should be a pop up (not hidden) and it should say “error, we cannot fulfill the time you have selected. You have not been charged and your order has not been received. Please pick a new time and resubmit your order and payment.” See how that’s much less confusing? Also, why even list the time as an option if the app is just going to say that time is not available.
Terrible 1st Impression
I got excited when I saw the positive reviews on the app & decided to cut down my wait time. Or at least, I had hoped. Unfortunately, I had to wait almost an hour for my food. I got to my mobile pickup order spot, tapped on “I Arrived.” & waited patiently. When I noticed that a good amount of cars were getting their food before me, I had to go inside after waiting so long.
I got in, asked the lady at the register (who was not in a good mood) where my order was at. She said that the order was on the counter because they didn’t see my car. Mind you, the app greyed out the option for carry-out at the location I went to so it was only drive-in or curbside mobile orders. My chicken, fries, & toast were all cold & drenching from being on the counter for so long.
On top of that, I checked my order in the car & it wasn’t even right! Maybe I just had a bad first experience with the app, but this set a terrible impression & I will most likely not being using it again. Especially if other food competitors have perks, there’s no incentive to order from the app.
Can’t complete order
I don’t see how this app has such high ratings. I can’t complete the billing process. Credit card info already saved from a previous order, Apple Pay, or PayPal doesn’t work either. Will get a different error message but after the disco ball, it doesn’t even just show the error. You need to scroll to the very top. Next the error says they have high volume and the next available window is 3:30pm. It is 2:30pm but I picked 6pm for pickup. Changed to 3:30 pickup, first says, you can’t edit that. Start the process over, pick 3:30…same error message. Not available. Closest time is 3:30 even though I picked 3:30. I am doing this at a new location so the demand is high but the app ordering is very bad. Selecting food and things is fine…just the completion process fails. I am fine even if they just say they are too busy for an online order. But this is an app issue…not a busy store issue. And the error message should be right there with actual corrective steps, I should not have to hunt for the error by scrolling. In addition, I can tell the error message is actually just an unhandled case not the actual error event.
Mobile app is terrible
This app looks like a website shoved into an app container. It’s pretty awful as both website and mobile app.
First, if you use a password manager to store passwords, the domain name attached to this app isn’t Raisin Canes’ but rather 127.0.0.1 making it very hard to retrieve the password you’ve saved for Canes. There are appropriate APIs in iOS to simplify password requests to password managers and this app needs to use them.
Second, this app doesn’t support Apple ID sign in which I believe is a requirement to have the app in the Apple AppStore.
Third, this app is using a Google ReCaptacha. I had to pick no fewer than 12 different images of “stairs” to sign in. It’s really hard to do this in an Canes drive thru.
Fourth, there is no Apple Pay integration. This is 2021. My physical credit card is sitting in a bag on my desk at home. My phone is this the thing I pay with. Remember this.
Fifth, the app doesn’t support the usual features for ordering for a later time and the “I’m Here” function is buggy.
This is just the start.
Review the Chick-fil-A app. That is what a mobile app that orders chicken should do. Emulate their example.
Does not work
I downloaded the app and proceeded to create an account. I got a error message stating my account could not be created, and then two seconds later I got an email thanking me for creating an account. I tired to log in to no avail so I decided to reset the password, I was then able to log in but that was the last successful action while using the app. I started an order which took forever! I was able to place my meal in the shopping bag, but when attempting to checkout it kept crashing. I was able to get as far as the page that ask you about your vehicle. It never let me add my vehicle. I tried to close and reopen the app but then I was again asked tp log in. I was never able to log in, after I entered email and password and click log in nothing would happen it would just stay on that screen. I closed and opened again and was able to see an item still in my bag so I clicked on that and was again thrown into the cycle of trying to enter my vehicle info. I decided I would try one more time - I closed and re-opened only to again get the log in page that never did anything once I entered my info. I guess I’ll use the chicken joint app that works every time and get my lunch there - it will be their pleasure!
Horrible. Where do I begin?
The only reason I even downloaded this app was because of an insert that was placed into a bag of a recent order. So I download the app and tried to create a new account using a common email address that I always use. After creating a new account, the app would not accept my password and email as legitimate. It kept claiming that it wasn’t a match. So I went through the routine of the “forgot my password“ to try resetting the password. I tried this three times with negative results. So I gave up. I then tried creating a whole new account with another email that I use. This actually went through but then I never received the confirmation code that was supposed to be sent to my email. After searching through my email I realized that it went to spam. Fine. Can’t blame the app for this. After entering the code my account was started. Great, right? I try to do my first mobile order and the store that’s within 3 miles from my location does not accept mobile orders! Well, according to the app it doesn’t. The nearest Raising Canes that I could make a mobile order was 20 miles away! What I don’t understand is if the app does not work with my local raising canes, why are they inserting these little flyers into orders wanting you to download the app? Especially if it isn’t going to work at the local Canes? I suggest raising canes needs to fire their app support people and hire a whole new server company for this app! ♂️♂️
impossible to log in
The app is HORRIBLY glitchy, and the service when u order on app is too. it logged me out nearly every time I press check out, requires me to sign back in. Tells me my password is wrong, so I clicked forget password. Enter the new code and type up a new password. Then I get two notifications on the same screen one in green saying my password has been reset, one read saying “we are unable to change your password” since it is something that I used previously— which means my password was right the first 12 times i tried to log in.
Has to make a whole new account with another email address, and I was having no issues the last maybe two or three times I use the app. Now the same thing is happening again, except when I clicked forget password it says that this email address is invalid or doesn’t have an account with it. so I try to make a new account again with that email address since it now says I don’t have an account with an email address. And get a notification saying that I can’t make a new account because that email address already has an account.
I don’t think the employees check for mobile app orders because i have had to wait up to an hour passed my pick up time to get my order— sometimes they don’t make the order until i walk in the store and say i’ve been waiting for a curbside pick up (which i appreciate that the food is fresh and warm, but the whole point of curbside is that i don’t have time to stop and go in if i have a lunch break or with young kids that make getting out of the car a hassle).
FAIL!
Come On!?!?!?! You only sell around 6 food items and at 8:30 pm you run out of lettuce? You have a line out if the parking lot and 1/4 up the street and you’re not buying tons of everything? I think you can afford to risk trashing a few crates of lettuce with that much business.
Here’s all the failures of both design and execution of this app:
1) More to the point of the app, why’d you let me order something you can’t make or at least warn me? I ordered a sandwich, but when i got there, they’re out of buns. But then they found buns but ran out of lettuce. Come on?!? its pieces of chicken, slaw, fries, toast, buns, lettuce and sauce. Period. You don’t have a biblical sized menu like Sonic
2) A user can’t register a payment method before placing an order. Annoying and inconvenient AF. It’s more convenient to add my credit cards and debit cards as options while I have my wallet out at home. Then, when I’m ready to place an order, while I’m out, I can just pick a method. Instead, it’s like I’m paying bills to order chicken.
3) You need a browser based way to enter payment methods and see history, print/save a receipt. This serves a two purposes 1) Payment info is stored in browsers, simplicity of entering. 2) I can enter methods with a keyboard and mouse at home
4) your app should allow Apple pay
5) i entered my order, then my payment method and chose to save it as a method and clicked the button to pay. Next thing is a notification from my cc company that I paid Caines, but nothing changed on your app. No pickup time, no “thank you”, no “your payment method has been saved.” Afraid to leave that screen I had to verify at the store
Put you app designers/developers into a car with their phone and a secure test account, unannounced, and have them order food and see how they like having to screw around with payment info AFTER choosing food.
Good Apps are about convenience, then there are apps like this one
Worst app experience I have ever had in my life
I for the life of me cannot understand these reviews. I have never come away from using this app feeling anything but pure anger and frustration. I didn’t even know an app was capable of stirring up such strong emotions in me. At least, that’s what I thought. But then I tried the Raising Cane’s app.
For Inc win a blue moon, I was actually able to place my order this most recent time. So that is very significant progress for this app. It doesn’t change the fact that such a feature is my most minimal, bare expectation for such an app. But I digress…
I entered my gift card at checkout, just as it allows me to. Air entered the full number. I entered the pin. Their system acknowledged that it was a valid gift card. The system correctly noted the balance on said gift card, indicating that it very clearly recognized the gift card as real. The system did not apply the gift card to my order. I paid full price despite possessing a gift card which was duly entered into a system that they designed, in the manner in which they designed it to be entered, in compliance with the types of gift cards they ostensibly allow to be used through the app. And I paid full price anyway.
Fortunately, they proceeded to ask about my experience with the app after I placed the order. Oh boy, somebody’s about to hear it. I said it was poor, and it prompted me to elaborate in writing. I proceeded to write an absolutely scathing review that was 100% deserved. I invested many minutes of my life into this as I value justice and fairness very highly. Then, when I was ready to submit, I found that there was no submit button. It was blocked by the keyboard. The only way to get the phone keyboard to go away is to tap on the screen. And you know what happens then? The feedback pop up disappears. Gone, never to return again. Until of course I go to order again and risk experiencing another injustice if this magnitude.
Despite this setback, my quest for justice is not ending there. I have never reviewed an app. I find it super annoying when you get all those pop ups asking you to review apps. But this time is different. This is much deeper than just an app experience. This one is personal. So I made my way to the App Store review and was, frankly, stunned beyond all belief at the 5 star rating. The reviews section here is a truly gaslighting experience. I can only assume these just be fake users because the only alternative is that Raising Cane’s had singled me out for harassment personally.
All in all, I would not recommend this abomination if an app to Adolf Hitler himself. No man, not even he, deserves to be subjected to such ruthless torture. And while I will personally endure this hardship for the delicious chicken that comes at the end, I don’t think Hitler deserves that sort either.
Fin.
PS- fix your darn app guys.
PPs- that money had better still be on my gift card

The location in Penrose Plaza, Southwest Philadelphia, PA has really gone downhill.
The last two times I have used their drive-thru the have failed to give me the senior citizen discount even after I asked and was told they would. In addition it now seems they do not give you any napkins.
I called on Oct 13, 2023 to complain about it and the young woman who answered refused to connect me to the store manager. First she said she was a manager then said she was an assistant manager.
3 finger combo
Bought the 3-finger combo to go at raising canes at Redondo beach didn't open the bag till I got home I live far away from that restaurant so going back wasn't an option. and the chicken strips were 2 inches long and real thin. and it had a handful of fries barely any fries came with it. I was still hungry and had to go to another restaurant to buy something to eat again. for the price of $9.99 plus tax the chicken strips need to be a good big size and good number of fries need to come with it. it was the first time I've been to canes, but it was very disappointing.
Desired outcome: Please I would like a refund. With the option to go to any canes restaurant to get the refund. Please.

Feels like a banking app!
Guys, I love your chicken, but you’ve got to fix your app! The ridiculous amounts of security (CAPTCHA codes that don’t work right, requiring many multiple attempts), email verification codes that don’t work, etc. I feel like I’m trying to transfer funds at my bank when I’m just trying to order some tasty chicken! The app also randomly logs you out, requiring you go through the aforementioned security protocols again and again. Don’t even get me started on how the Caniac Club interfaces (or rather, doesn’t) with the regular app. Ugh. Please fix this app!

Terrible Payment Security Issues - your payment form will be stolen
I downloaded the app and within a week, there was a charge for $85 from a location in Chicago (mind you, I live on the other side of the country).
My bank stated my card was not compromised, the sale came from a payment through their system (the payment form that I input into the app).
Over two weeks now and Corp has done nothing about it like they said they would.
Download at your own risk...what a headache
UPDATE: Still no help, nobody cares. Terrible Terrible Terrible experience with this app and it’s security failures to protect consumers payment information.

Never lets me log in
I’ve tried to log into my existing caniac account for MONTHS, update after update, and I still can’t get in to order from the app. I get met with my password not matching but can log in through a web browser with the same credentials. When I try to reset password from the app, it tells me there was an error and to check if the email is correct. I check my email and receive a verification code for the password reset but no prompt from the app. It’s insane how I can’t log into my account and unable to do any ordering ahead of time to beat waiting 20 mins in the drive through line.

Payment issues!
I’ve use this app multiple times. Never had a problem with it until the recent update. I normally use Apple Pay on apps because it’s just easier. I proceeded to check out and it charged me 15 bucks. And never submitted the order. I went to the store to see if it went through it never did. And since I never got an email because the app never submitted the order I could not get my money back. I’ve spent 30 bucks on just a 15 dollar meal. So overall a very bad experience I do not recommend getting this app if you want to get your money taken away from u and you can’t get a refund.

Apps doesn’t work period
12/10 - Same problems despite developer response back in 11/18. Not a good app and doesn’t appear to be improving.
11 - Apps is extremely slow going from banner page to banner page to even get to login option. On some occasions when click on login it come back to the login or sign up page. When attempting to login the characters only appear a few at a time. When click to login it I’m sent back to the sign up and login page. The app today said to update the app but that wasn’t an option in the App Store. I have removed and downloaded the app a couple times including today. Tired of trying.

This app is HORRIBLE !
This app is HORRIBLE !
This app will not allow me to use my saved password to log in so I have to reset my password every time I use the app. And, it keeps logging me out so I have to go through the entire password reset password process every time I use it. Then I tried looking at a previous order to see if I wanted to reorder it, it got hung up there and I had to kill and restart the app all over again. Plus, when I try to tell how bad the experience is with the app, it closes that without saving or sending that information. There is no button to submit or a way to scroll down to look for a button.

One of the worst online ordering apps out there
The app is constantly logging me out randomly whenever I open it and demands I prove I'm human everytime with those annoyingly confusing capche. The geotracking isn't fun ethier with you having to be on the app during the whole ride over there for them to start making your food. If you don't they check you in right then and there so you might as well have just went inside to order instead of the convenience mobile ordering is suppose to give you. I've been an avid Cane's customer since I first ate here and with the quality of the chicken tenders going down as much as it has the mobile app should not be this bad.

App Useless
I have tried to use the app for MONTHS.
Every time I try to use it to order the app acts like I cant complete and order. Apple Pay? Nah. Just gonna scroll up one line every tome it is pressed. Card info entered? Best we can do is keep the "Pay Now" button greyed out.
Not once in 2023 has the app allowed me to order.
I cant even make an account! I figured I need one and making one presents with an error every time!
Wanna look at the menu? Cool. Oh, we need your location! Now lets send you back to square one and make you look at the menu again. ASK FOR LOCATION FIRST NOT AFTER THE MENU HAS BEEN LOOKED AT!
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Caniac Club cards won’t load
The add Caniac Club Card Button doesn’t work. I cannot get any rewards from my Caniac Club Card to appear in my Raising Cane’s app account.
I see them in the canes club online portal, but nothing appears in my account or in the barcode section.
The endless endless disco ball appears even when I’m on wifi, a different device, the web app vs. iPhone app, have full signal, uninstalled and re-installed, ensured I have the latest version, and restarted my device.
It says Clickin for chicken everywhere, but people don’t click on a phone. The rhyme sounds forced for the sake of rhyming not being a quality app or accurate to what the user does.

Poor Experience
Ordering through the app was easy and convenient, but it seems like not all stores have integrated mobile ordering into their workflow. I ordered ahead of time and got to the store at the provided estimated time but ended up waiting over 30+ extra minutes in the store while customers who came and ordered in person while I was waiting there were getting their food ahead of me. Additionally, the drinks had been sitting out for the 40+ total minutes I waited so the ice was melted and the carbonation was gone. The app just made things more complicated and I waited a lot longer than I would have at the store or in the drive-thru. I’m sure it varies for each store though.

Bad app for a great restaurant
I love Cane’s and was excited that they got an app for ordering. But this app is horrible. We tried placing an order with 2 different accounts with 2 different cards. Both came back with declined because of the billing address or zip code. Except that the address we put in is our billing address and zip code. I tried a could variations as some apps are particular. But nope. Couldn’t place an order at all. And now my credit card has 10 charges and refunds.
Additionally, during the signup, I use A password manager and the URI shows localhost so the developers may want to fix that too.
Hopefully they’ll get these things fixed so the app isn’t as frustrating as it’s been to use today.

No Apple Pay and Location Tracking and data tracking
The login process is not great. Why not use Face ID? Also, where is Apple Pay? Why can’t I use Sign In with Apple so that you don’t have my email? I don’t want to store my credit card info on file for you. I don’t trust that you won’t let someone steal it. In fact, I’d be shocked if it’s not stolen in the next 2 years. Also, the text fields are not setup to allow for auto-fill. What a hassle. Is that a major technical hurdle? Or is it designed that way so that it encourages me to keep it on file, so that you have more of my data on hand?
Do you really need to track me across apps and websites? No, you absolutely do not need to track me across apps and websites. Are you selling my data?

Very poor app
The app is just a wrapper around a web view, which isn’t so bad because the design is decent. However, there are quirks that make it nearly unusable. For example, no matter which credit card I attempt to use, it’s rejected due to an invalid billing address. This doesn’t happen with any other company, and it makes me suspect that the app is processing the payment with my apartment number included in an invalid way. So, I literally can’t check out. This app should allow Apple Pay (we’re in 2021), and this wouldn’t even be a concern.
Also, there’s a max password length limit of 25 characters, which is ridiculous. There is literally no technical reason that any password length maximum needs to be imposed.

Avoid this app!
This is a spectacularly bad app. It’s even worse than my local credit union!
1. It doesn’t work with iCloud Keychain suggested passwords
2. The password reset tool is archaic and pedantic
3. The password requirements are outdated ignorant of modern password security convention
4. The app does not accept password input from iCloud Keychain stored passwords
5. On the password reset page, I am continually told my new passwords do not match no matter my attempts to input correctly… a claim which no one can verify since “show password” is somehow not a feature included anywhere in this app
How a company existing in the 21st century can make such amateur errors in their app design is beyond my understanding.
