Nathan Innocent creates a hostile work environment for his employees. If he is even slightly stressed, he will scream and threaten employees to send them home for the day. Even if Nathan is proven wrong, he will continue to put all blame on employees and has proven it in multiple scenarios. In one occasion, he screamed at his employees for not recalling a large order, when he was proven incorrect by two of his staff, he continued to scream, “warn” , and blame the employees. Most are minors/young and mention crying after he has one of his famous “fits”. Many employees have been asked about their thoughts on Nathan, and they are all very negative. Please look into this. He must treat his employees with respect, the same way that every other manager at Raising Canes Homestead, Florida treats their employees.
