I purchased a gallon of tea in the drive-through at the Murphy Texas location. I have purchased gallons of tea from other locations many times with no problem. This time, however they hand me a gallon of tea in a bag. I headed to my wife I drive away and it starts leaking all over my wife and the seat of my brand new 2025 outback wilderness. I’m at a light so it takes a while before I can turn back in and go to the restaurant parking lot. I take the galaxy from my wife to the restaurant. Tell him what happened. The guy sit on the counter. It leaks all over the counter and he says to me, sorry. I say well I’m concerned about the seat of my brand new $50,000 car they ended up giving me another gallon of tea. I tell them again I’m concerned about my $50,000 car with sweet tea soaked into the passenger seat. They say nothing they call no manager nothing I contact corporate and I’m supposed to receive a call from them yesterday and I get no calls. I told them that I need to have the car detailed to deal with the tea problem soaked in the seat and they don’t seem to be too interested in taking care of that problem. The situation is clearly their fault and they’re basically ignoring the problem I will be taking my car to the dealer. They probably will replace a seat because of the sugar in sweet tea and I will see if I can charge them for that service or I’ll contact the Better Business Bureau and I’ll work with them since they’re not talking to me.
