Disappointing Experience at Jimmy John's
After visiting Jimmy John's, I was left extremely dissatisfied. The sandwich I ordered had almost no toppings, resembling just a bun. The lack of ingredients made me feel like I was ripped off. I've decided to stick with other sandwich chains like Subway from now on. The quality and service at Jimmy John's were far below my expectations.

We ordered three subs online. Fifteen to twenty minutes later we walked in and our subs were waiting for us on the shelf. The people working in Greeley were friendly and helpful when asked questions. Everyone enjoyed their subs.

John at Jimmy Johns is a great driver, have had nothing but great experiences with him at the Indianapolis, IN branch downtown. They've been great throughout the pandemic, even with less drivers and workers, they always provide great service.
Never got my order!
I never received my order! I placed it online, and paid for it, it was the Main st. One in Green Bay, WI., they didn't even call, text or even show! After waiting for a n hour, it was to late and were closed I emailed corporate 4xs and they have yet to respond. FRUSTRATED!
Have always had a good experience
I really like JJ's sandwiches. The bread is so much better than subway's. When you walk in the staff always says "welcome to jj's" and your order is always ready before you get done paying. Food is always fresh and good. My favorite place to stop when we are in a hurry and need lunch fast.

And your manager " Johnny' took control and showed me what i had not entered to make the order complete when i arrived at store to pick it up. Delicious Sandwiches at Jimmy John's: A Review
Jimmy John's is a great place to grab a sandwich. I usually go to the one located in the 104th and federal area, and they have always done right by me. The sandwiches at Jimmy John's are top-notch. They offer a variety of sandwiches on different types of bread, including white-grain options. They also have a wide selection of sandwich sauces and real cheese. I have never had a bad sandwich there.
However, I must mention that the founder of Jimmy John's, Jimmy John Liautaud, has been accused of ruthlessly killing endangered animals. This makes him an immoral POS. But, let's not forget that this review is about the taste of the sandwiches, not the morality of the founder. Despite my personal feelings towards Jimmy John, I have no moral qualms about eating at Jimmy John's. Why? Because Jimmy John's sold the company, and the immoral POS is no longer connected to it. The company is trying to improve its ethics, so you can still enjoy the delicious sandwiches without feeling guilty.
I must warn you, though, that I haven't been to Jimmy John's in three years, and I have read some negative comments about their handling of Covid. So, what I am sharing is solely based on my own experience. But, if you're looking for a tasty sandwich, Jimmy John's is definitely worth a try.
Disappointing Delivery Experience with Jimmy John's: Late, Incomplete, and Unprofessional
I recently placed an order for 5 sandwiches on the Jimmy John's website for a lunch meeting at 1pm. However, my experience with the delivery left me feeling disappointed and frustrated.
After waiting for the delivery, I received a call from a JJ supervisor 30 minutes later informing me that they had run out of bread. The manager was expected to return with more bread within 15 minutes. I requested to cancel the one order that they didn't have bread for, but was informed that they couldn't cancel partial orders. This one order held up the entire lunch meeting, and it was already 1:35pm and we still hadn't received the order yet.
This was very unprofessional and disappointing. We waited for over an hour for sandwiches that we couldn't even eat because the lunch meeting had already ended, and two members had left.
I was extremely dissatisfied with the service and attitude of the manager. It seemed like they didn't care that my entire lunch meeting was ruined because of them.
It's worth noting that Jimmy John's is only 3 minutes away from my business, yet it took them over an hour to deliver to a location that is less than 2 miles away. This is poor service and attitude, and I will never purchase anything from Jimmy John's again.
Inconsistent Order Fulfillment and Lack of Attention to Detail at Jimmy John's
I've been a regular customer of Jimmy John's for a long time now. I've lost count of how many times I've ordered from them. I always make sure to customize my sandwich by removing the tomatoes, but it seems like they always end up in my sandwich anyway. It's frustrating because I don't like tomatoes and I'm paying for a sandwich that I can't fully enjoy.
Another thing that bothers me is that I always pay extra for 2 or 3 Kickin' Ranch dipping sides and extra Mayo packets, but I almost never receive them. It's like they don't even read my order notes. Today, I decided to give them another chance and ordered 4 Kickin' Ranch sides. To my disappointment, I only received two. I also paid twice for extra mayo packets, but I didn't receive any. It's frustrating because these little things add up and make me not want to order from them again.
I understand that Jimmy John's is known for their fast service, but that shouldn't mean sacrificing quality. I really like their sandwiches and the convenience of ordering online, but it's disrespectful to not give customers what they paid for consistently. It's a shame because I used to be a loyal customer, but now I don't feel valued as a customer.
Poor Customer Service Experience at Jimmy John's in Omaha, NE
I recently had an experience with my local Jimmy John's location on 14th and Leavenworth in Omaha, NE. I called in to order a sandwich with just French bread, lettuce, and tomato. I didn't want any meat or sauces. The person who answered the phone had a distinct voice and sounded like he might be gay. He became very short with me and insisted that I tell him what "number" I wanted to order. I explained that I didn't know what number, I just wanted a sandwich with my specific ingredients. He seemed to get frustrated with me and placed me on hold.
After a short while, a woman picked up the phone. I asked her where the other man was, and she explained that he had to leave on a delivery. However, I could hear his voice in the background saying something about a difficult order. I reexplained my order to the woman, and she was much more accommodating. I couldn't understand why the previous person was so difficult to deal with. How difficult is it to make a sandwich with just lettuce and tomato?
Overall, I wish the staff at Jimmy John's had been more open to me ordering what I wanted. I felt as though I was expected to have memorized their menu numbers, as the first person insisted I tell him which "number" I wanted. I didn't care what number they ordered me, just as long as it had only what I wanted on it. I hope that in the future, the staff at Jimmy John's can be more accommodating to customers who have specific requests.
Disappointing Cuban Subs at Jimmy John's: A Review
I saw them Jimmy John's commercials on the TV and I was like, "I gotta get me one of them subs!" So, me and my guy waited all day to get off work and we headed over to Jimmy John's to get us two Cubans. But let me tell you, we were so disappointed. First off, the Cuban is supposed to come with pickles, but the guy didn't even know that! And they're supposed to be pressed, but they don't even have a press! The guy looked at me like I was speaking in tongues or something.
And don't even get me started on the ham. It was sliced so thin, I could see through it! And with no press, it didn't even come close to a real Cuban. You know what I mean? There's just something about the way the Swiss cheese, pickles, and mustard melt together that makes it a Cuban. But this was more like a 7-11 grab n go sandwich. And get this, there was also mayo and horseradish in it? What kind of Cuban has mayo and horseradish in it?
This was my first time at Jimmy John's and I gotta say, I was NOT impressed. I probably won't ever go back, especially for what we paid for only two crappy subs. They didn't even offer us a receipt, so all I have is my PayPal proof. But let me tell you, it wasn't worth it.
Disappointing Experience at Jimmy John's on Taylorsville Rd: Poor Sandwich Quality and Unsanitary Restroom Conditions
I went to Jimmy John's on Taylorsville Rd today, and let me tell you, it was not a good experience. I ordered a roast beef sandwich with lettuce, tomato, oil, and vinegar. I thought it was a pretty simple order, but what I got was not what I expected. The sandwich had only one piece of roast beef, but a ton of lettuce. There were only two thin slices of tomato, and the oil was all over the outside of the roll. I couldn't even taste the vinegar. I paid for what I wanted, but it seems like the sandwich maker didn't care about my order.
But that's not even the worst part. I had to wait eight whole minutes to use the restroom, and when I finally got in line behind an employee, I saw her not wash her hands. The sink was dry, and there were no paper towels or hand dryer in sight. When I tried to enter the restroom, she locked the door and slammed it shut with an attitude. I had to get the manager involved, but all he said was that he would try to find the key. It was a really unpleasant experience.
I don't think I'll ever go back to Jimmy John's again. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. When I tried to write this review, it asked for proof of purchase, but I never got a receipt. I did take a picture of the paper my sandwich was wrapped in, though. It would be nice if they included a napkin and a bag for customers' food.

However, there are a couple of things that I didn't love about the website. For one, if you use it often like I do, it keeps re-adding your delivery address (if it doesn't change like mine; I get it at work) so I have like 40 different computer-generated variations of my delivery address, even though I have one marked as default. That extra step is an extra pain in the behind. Also, there's a section that says "notes for driver," which is great, but where's the note for the sandwich maker or packer? I am highly allergic to onions, so I have to make sure there is no cross-contamination with the vile white beast of the vegetable world, the demon of the garnishment variety... Anyway, I have to call and tell them that. It'd be nice if there was a little box that says "special instructions" for the sandwich.
Overall, I'd give Jimmy John's three stars. It's great for when you're in a hurry and want a quick sandwich, but there are a few things that could be improved on the website. If they added a special instructions box for the sandwich, that would be a game-changer for me.

Unfortunately, our experience with the current staff was not as pleasant as it used to be. When we called, we got cut off at first, and when we finally spoke to an employee, he seemed too busy and disinterested in our order. He even told us to go back to the website, despite the issues we were facing with it. We could hear someone in the background saying that they had no time for orders, which was quite disappointing.
When we asked for the owner's name, a staff member refused to provide it, which was quite unprofessional. We provided our name and number, but no one bothered to call us back. We had to go through a lot of trouble to get our order processed, especially since we had made a commitment to our staff. One of our staff members had to use her phone to finally get the order through, which was quite tedious.
We were also disappointed to see a significant increase in the amount of ice in our drinks and the scarcity of meat in their "smoking kicking chicken" sandwich. We expected better from Jimmy John's, especially since we were regular customers. We could list other disappointments, but since the owner did not call us back, we feel like our business is not valued enough.
We are now considering trying out Jersey Mike's instead, as we feel like we might get better service and quality there. We hope that Jimmy John's takes our feedback seriously and improves their service, as we would like to continue being their customers.

I think that if the sandwich order was placed ahead of time for a later delivery time, the sandwich should have been made and the delivery person should have left before the specific delivery time, not after. It was also frustrating that I had to call them to check on the status of my order when they knew they were behind. They should have called me to let me know what was going on.
Overall, the whole situation was really maddening. I was looking forward to my sandwich, and the responses I received when I called were equally frustrating. I'm not sure if I'll be placing another order anytime soon.

If I could leave 0 as a star rating, I would. I drove 20 minutes to go redeem a birthday sub at the location in AZ near me (the last day to redeem) and when I ordered and tried to present the coupon, they told me it "wasn't valid." Not freaky fast
I place my order on line at approximately 3:10 pm to be delivered at 4:30 pm. I placed this order to be delivered at 4:30 because our company closes at 5:00 pm. I wanted this sandwich so that I could have it after work, as I wasn't going home. At 4:40 I hadn't received my order yet, so I called the specific location tot check on the status. I explained that my order was the one being delivered at and/or by 4:30 pm. The person said "oh, your the delay order" we're running a little behind. I meant to call you, our delivery guy left approximately 5 - 6 minutes ago. He has 5 deliveries. I said no problem, as long as he gets here by 5:00 pm, as that's when we close. Also, I shouldn't have to call them, when they knew that they were behind... they should have called me. The whole situation was very maddening. Always went to Subway across the street from my office.
For the first time, I decided to try you a year ago.
I loved it plus wrapped in lettuce(Glutton intolerant) the guy maybe a manager maybe the owner young guy early 30s's sold me on the tuna being real vs Subway.
Since then go maybe 4 x a week.
At $8.50-$10.50 of course expensive over time

Fraudulent use of debit card after placing an online order
I ordered for delivery from Jimmy Johns on Oak Grove in Concord, CA on 11/9/23. The very next day my card was used by someone to order from Petco. Now I have to replace my card which is going to take way too long to get AND I will never order for delivery from this store again. You really need to check those employees about this but I'm sure no one will confess to doing this. Please be careful who you hire to work in your franchises. And yes, I am pissed.

Hello, I have a complain to make. I went to the jimmy johns store at 7.50pm at the 3400 Civic Center Blvd, Unit RETAIL, Philadelphia, PA 19104.
the door and lights off way before closing time and the staff standing in the store in the dark. this store is at the hospital so it's the quickest way to catch a bite.

Music allowed to play is vulgar
Walked into your store on Broadway in Quincy, close to Amarillo at 7 pm. No one in store but there was rap music saying mother Fulkerson every other word. Couldn't even talk hardly. The teens were super slow. A older guy, maybe a driver. Was messing with kid at register, had his hand in his face and was trying to mess with his cash register. It All made me very uncomfortable. I will never be back. Fix that problem or close the store. Jimmy John's used to be a great family restaurant. Not there.

I order delivery for my lunch on 9/30/2023 and the delivery driver , showed up, rang my door bell. My dog barked a few times and i opened my inside door and I was slowly trying to get my screen door open and driver opened my door and my dog wanted to see what was going on and she slammed my screen door closed on my hand and food and dogs head. She then said, Im petrified of dogs and I said, you have to let me open the door to get my dog and hand out of door. My dog was waggy her tail. She is a happy dog and friendly. I CALLED the store on North 30th street, Omaha, Ne and her name was Michelle and she told me to go to the website and type it out and she gave my the corporate number as I requested and Michelle said she was calling her boss. Im not happy at all. My hand is swollen and I hope my dog didnt get hurt and needs a vet or I will be suing Jimmy Johns.
Desired outcome: I want medical bills paid for and compensation for my food the got smushed in the door with my hand and my dogs head.

I've been a member for many years. I bought my #9 sandwich at least 5 times this month and didn't receive any rewards. Today I bought the Giant size #9, the date is 9/26/2023.

I live in steger Illinois and have no car at the moment. I got into a bad car incident that left me without a vehicle. Ive been able to still get around from work and back. I really enjoy Jimmy Johns sandwich think there the best around but I can never get any due to the delivery set up of only 5 mins rural area where there are no jimmy johns in my area. The closest one is 10 mins away. This highly frustrates me due to the inconvenience. I wish for a better delivery system that can think if the customer that are not the closest around the corner trip distance. From a restaurant that quotes “we think of the customer” I am displeased.
Order online
My Husband ordered online at 8:00pm today the confirmation order went through at 8:12pm at the East College in Springfield, OH. We waited for 40 minutes and then it stated it was confirmed for Monday for delivery. We wanted the food for Sunday night and we noticed they closed at 9pm. We wanted to cancel the order but no one answered the phone and we called at 8:50pm.

Hello, my name is Ethan Isom and I started working for the company in July 2023 in Marion, IL. Since working there, I have been sexually visualized and harassed by the manager Sarah. There have been multiple instances where she would say sexual things to me, or point to signs in the store, the one in particular said "we'd love to see you naked" I thought it was weird and just ignored it. She has been very rude and yelled whenever I asked a question about the job duties. I didn't get any proper training, and I only received 8 hours per work week. When I would go to Sarah about getting more hours, due to not being able to pay bills or make a living with children, she suggested that I "do something for her" to get more hours. She came up to me on the line and shook out pepper saying, "maybe you need to add a little spice in your life" then winked at me. Today I made a suggestion about the chips, chips of all things and she yelled, was very rude saying she wouldn't change things around for one person..not sure who she was referring to and then was telling other employers "she was done" I resigned today because I can no longer work for someone who doesn't respect me and makes her workers feel uncomfortable

Working Conditions
I am a worker at the Hemlock Jimmy John’s. Our A/C hasn’t been working for a couple of weeks now, and no one has come in to fix it. I’ve talked to my General Manager and my Area Manager, and nothing has been done or set into motion. The hottest it has been in the store was 83 degrees Fahrenheit, and today, 8/2/23, it was at 79 degrees Fahrenheit. I get dizzy and nauseous while I’m working. This is a major OSHA violation. I would really appreciate for someone to come and fix the A/C.
