this jimmy johns just has the worst service. I wanted to ask questions on the phone to the college a**hole who was working there- he was very short, mean rude with me, gave me the wrong price and acted rude and as if i wasnt going to pick up my sandwich. When i went to pick it up-- same bad service as I assumed. The jerk who took my order, got it wrong- twice...he then claimed i didnt tell him those things when I did. I had to bring my food back and no apology, just a bad attitude and mean. those college kids that work there aer just really rude, arrogant mean a**holes and have no customer service skills at all and treat customers badly...i wont go back and they need to get new employees
oh yeah on top of that, I thikn he put less meat in the sandwich..it was mostly bread and just terrible... even though subway can be bad, generally at least subway will make your food not mess it up and not treat people like dirt...dont go to this place

Monica, I personally apologize for your underwhelming experience at Jimmy John's. I will do everything I can to make it right. The Jimmy Johns employees are terrible in my area also. They act like I have sinned when I ask for some oil and vinegar on my sub.! Its probably the fault of the store owner. The ###s hide the napkins and refuse to stick the subs in a bag. They think it saves them money! For that I take extra napkins. Jimmy Johns needs to re-evaluate their service

If the service is bad, it is bad! I have done customer service jobs for over 5 years. All it takes to get the order right is repeating the order back instead of being a dick about it.
