I visited Tim Hortons at this location: 3660 Westwinds Dr NE #101, Calgary, AB T3J 5H3
Upon arrival in the location everything was going smooth until we got our drinks. I ordered a iced vanilla latte, cup of water, an upon other drinks. I always order the same drink. When I tasted the drink it seems like they made an iced latte without the vanilla. I went to the counter to ask for the water they forgot and more pumps of vanilla because of the very bitter iced coffee. Upon my complaint they said I would have to pay 10 cents for water which I refused because it made no sense to me. Immediately the lady working named Ganesh raised her voice in a yelling volume an approached the counter and making gestures like she wanted to fight. I asked her why she was raising her voice and the supervisor did nothing while she continued. After that happened she aggressively placed the vanilla in a cup without a word even tho she just said I have to pay 10 cents for water and gave me warm water I guess to be spiteful. The only reason I know her name is because I had to ask the supervisor multiple times.
Desired outcome: If I could choose Ganesh outcome i would have a firm sit down, re-train her on customer service. I would like her to get checked on to make sure shes okay. Check what might have caused her to act very inappropriate and unprofessional.
