Petro Canada - Management

I visit petro canada on a daily basis very bad management I will get a written petition made by my neighbors poor management.. Daily basis I get diesel past 2 years pumps not working I have told the manage over and over its very cold in winter here there service at desk is very poor manager pam her name is always mistakens my cigarettes I have to come back and store and tell over and over feb 10 I purchased 2 packs du maurier regular smooth I left the store assuming they are correct again pam gave me wrong cigarettes I have opened one pack I went back and told her i'm getting sick of this exchange she said no I said throw it in garbage then I think if you have ppl working at store should know what a customer is asking for... Very poor communication about fuel pumps not working most times you ask them why is this happening! No answer at all ppl dont go to a well known consumer and have bad visits due to poor staff and management... This is a ongoing basis!

In the winter if the diesel pumps have been inactivated/unused for awhile when very cold out. The cold air diesel is pushing against your hot air diesel from your tank. So most times if you pump 2$ to 3$ and take the nozzle out of your tank (not placing it back into the pump) and wait until the cold air escapes and put it back into your tank it should pump as normal. If it doesn’t pump some more and then put the nozzle fully back into the pump and then take it back out that should fix it. I’ve been working at PETRO for 9 years now and my station closes at night and I’ve just figured this out on my own. As I like science and when hot and cold are being pushed against each other it goes no where as to why it pumps very slowly you just gotta pump away the cold diesel and then release that cold air and it should pump much faster.
