Tim Hortons - Drive thru customer service at store #1570

At about 2:45am 07/29/23 at store number 1570 in Edson, Alberta. I was on my bicycle at the drive thru window. I had knocked on the window repeatedly thinking perhaps it was difficult to hear cause the staff may have been in the back. After a good 5 min I was able to open the drive thru window 3-4 inches and called out "hello" a young girl poked her head around from the front of the store over the counter wearing personal headphones (not drive thu headset) and proceeded to ask what I was doing and that she was on her break. I replied that I had been standing there knocking on the window for some time trying to get her attention so I may place my order. She replied "What I cant go on a break and eat" as she approached the window, I said no, you can eat but its not exactly busy this time of night. Cant you eat between customers? She then proceeded to tell me that I was being rude and she can refuse me service, I said no I wasnt being rude it was rude of her to have heard me and not come take my order and keep me waiting and I had asked if she was the only one working. I said "look Ive spent a lot of time working and managing in customer service. She cut me off saying"ya well your not the manager here"I replied"No Im not, your right. Im glad Im not, cause if I was I'd fire your [censored]" she then closed the window and refused me service. My boyfriend and I go to that store multiple times every day and I had never liked being served by this particular staff member because of her attitude and tardiness going to the drive thru window and I dont believe she should be in customer service at all

Desired outcome: that she be reminded what would and wouldn't be an acceptable response if a similar situation should occur again and doesnt work alone at night or be put on a different shift
