I am complaining on behalf of the employees that work at the lacombe Tim Horton's. Over the past summer months my coworkers and I have been working in temperatures that get up to 33°c. We have talked to our managers about getting the air conditioner fixed multiple times and nothing seems to be getting done about it. And on top of that we usually cannot get a drink of water in the break room without getting yelled at by a supervisor. These work conditions are causing heat stress, heat stroke, dizziness etc. I'm trying to write this in order for change to happen in our work place and trying to prevent a serious injury from happening. I hope something gets done about this matter. I've attached a photo below of our thermostat for proof of our working conditions.
