Real Canadian Superstore - Security/loss prevention employees

This incident occurred on March 1st, 2023 around 3:30 PM. 2 young kids, one being only 12 years old, walked in after shopping at the Walmart across the street and got stopped by 2 lost prevention employees when trying to leave after being verbally harassed by the two employees. These two workers accused the kids of stealing merchandise from the store and would not let them leave, when the two kids tried to defend themselves and state that they had gotten the merchandise from Walmart, the employees decided not to listen. A youth support worker showed up and tried to de-escalate the situation. The employees were arguing with these youth over a bag of mini eggs that they had previously purchased at Walmart. The 12 year old was crying at this point and told her support worker that one of the employees had called her explicit names and the Superstore lost prevention employee confirmed. This is unacceptable behaviour from employees of the company. An adult worker yelling at a 12 year old customer and calling her explicit names. The employees stated that the police were called over a bag of mini eggs. The support worker asked how we can fix the situation and if they could just re-purchase the mini eggs that the employees were holding on to while not letting the youth leave the store. After being extremely disrespectful, the employees let everyone leave the store without the mini eggs and called off the police.

Desired outcome: We would like a formal apology and in the future for employees to show respect towards their customers.

Real Canadian Superstore - Extremely poor service

Received extremely poor service from cahier and at the customer counter 0 February 7th, 2022

- Waited over five minutes at the cashier's station while the two cashiers were chatting. One of them saw me waiting but did not have the courtesy, to indicate that she is busy and will serve me after she has done the chatting. Rather, she came and rudely mentioned that the pricing on the Takis chips bag ill not be matched and go to the King George store. Later, when the code was entered, the price had changed to $2.50 (the sale) that was asking. Note the price of the Takis chips bag on the shelf was $3.69 and $2.50 - as was in the Superstore system.

Real Canadian Superstore - PC Express

Hi there,

I am super frustrated with my experience with PC EXPRESS this evening. I will start by saying, service is usually superb and I have experienced little wait time for my groceries. However this evening was different. I had ordered groceries the previous evening (almost 315$) and had waited for my delivery this evening for 2000-2030 time. As the clock struck 2015, then 2020, then 2035 without a call, I began to wonder where the food is to feed my family tomorrow. By 2100 (09:05PM) I decided to call. I spoke with a man who said "there is uh, a glitch, and like, can you come get your groceries tomorrow?". Pardon? what does that even mean? Now almost 400$ that has been taken from my chequing account to cover the PC Express costs and NO GROCERIES to feed anyone tomorrow! When I asked when they discovered the problem, he said "uh, 8:30" I was appalled I did not receive a phone call at this time! unacceptable! The Real Canadian Superstore has deprived us of food and money and this is unacceptable. This man asked if I could come tomorrow WITHOUT ACTUALLY RESOLVING THE TECHNICAL PROBLEM. I told him that I need to be contacted tomorrow for pick up.

Please have better customer service. I wont be returning without a call from a manager.
