Dear Pizza Hut Canada,
I decided to try Pizza Hut tonight after a couple of years hiatus, and unfortunately, the order was missing an item that I was charged for. In my attempt to remedy the issue, I had called the number listed on my online receipt, but have been bounding around various callers. The general line reached at [protected] was picked up after roughly 3 minutes of being on hold. The phone representative who picked up my number then advised that the only way to remedy the issue is to contact the specific store directly (Fraser Street, Vancouver, BC, Canada). Upon being transferred, I have been on hold and the current minutes being on hold is just over 20 minutes.
I called Customer Service, and *Was hung up on*, after being on hold for 22 minutes, and then calling in again in an attempt to reach a customer contact. Interestingly, this call was answered within a minute of waiting. *Orders are much more important than customers and retaining business. *
The item missing is a dipping sauce, which I had paid for, and when attempting to contact Pizza Hut, I have been on hold for a duration longer than the time it took for the pizza to be prepared and delivered. With all of the above in mind, I am really perplexed at this level of service and efficiency, and more upset at the follow up and lack of importance that I have experienced.
Sadly, a very disappointed customer.
