My boyfriend ordered $41.00 worth of food for me & had it door dashed to me off of the mobile app. He had ordered a Large stuffed crust supreme pizza (which turned out to be a hand tossed), cheese sticks & a Cesar salad w/ extra dressing & He even called up to the store to make sure there was extra dressing in which no one communicated with him that they no longer do Cesar salads and also gave me 2 chicken garden salads with 8 different dressings. In which I had to go up to the Pizza Hut off of Great Oaks Trail in Wadsworth, OH. and asked to speak with a manager at that time that I asked 'to have my pizza remade & a new salad the manager was completely RUDE and told me to "Get Out before she called the police" Just so she wouldn't have to remake my food & as for my boyfriend he has yet to get a refund for this. I even tried asking the manager why there wasn't better communication involved when my boyfriend called up the first time pertaining to the extra salad dressing.
Recommendation: Watch what you order thru the mobile app otherwise they will screw it up
I am sure that there is more to this story. IF the "rude" manager had to ask you to get out or she would call the police, you are obviously leaving something out. What did you do to make her feel like she needed to call the police?
