Papa John's Worst Service

If I could give zero stars I would. I placed 2 orders with them a week apart and it's literally been one of the worst experiences. The first time I didn't get my soda and the delivery driver told me to contact the store instead of going back to bring me what I paid for. They never pick up the phone. The 2nd time through their tracking app I was advised Randy delivered my order which was impossible because I'd been sitting on my porch waiting for at least 40 mins. I contacted the customer service number and they couldn't get an answer either. I was promised my issue would be resolved and escalated and 3 weeks later I've been blocked by the President of the company and I haven't received a response on any of their social media platforms. The location at 417 S. Florissant Rd needs to be shut down, Papa John's needs to revamp their customer service department and get actual people who will resolve your issue. They won't care until the company goes bankrupt!

Recommendation: Don't order from here.

Papa John's Messed up order

On Jan 3rd at 10:45 pm my order was supposed to be delivered. It was delivered at the right time although my whole order was completely messed up. I ordered a lg handtossed peperroni i got a medium one. Not only was it cold and hard ask the toppings were sliding off and i also asked for light sauce which didn't happen. My cheesesticks were hard as arock, burnt n also cold. I have never had a problem with papa johns that's y i choose yall over any pizza place.

Claimed loss: $25

Desired outcome: I'm not asking for a refund but it would be great if i could get my order and get it right and at least warm.

Papa John's Your manager Aaron, at the store at 2700 David Dr. Metairie, La. 70003 on 1/7/24 at 5:30 pm

I was told my order would take 35 min. It’s been over an hour and no pizza. I manager of your store (Aaron) was not willing to offer a discount or any other compensation for the exceptionally late delivery. He only offered to make another pizza which took an additional 45 minutes to get to my house for a total of an hour and 45 minute wait time and when my pizza arrived it wasn’t what I ordered. It was supposed to have been a stuffed crust, pizza and it was not. So I called him back to inform him and still, no compensation for the inconvenience. In the past anytime this has happened with your company I have always been offered a discount or at least a free pizza and Aaron was unwilling to accommodate me. I’m very displeased and I’m happy and I will definitely inform friends and family of the lack of service from that store.

Desired outcome: A free pizza comparable to the one I ordered

I may not have been clear in my original complaint. I never received the original order. And my total wait time was approximately 2 hours. Adding insult to my frustration, the manager Aaron was insistent, that the replacement pizza he was sending was free. And he was argumentative when I was trying to explain to him that this remade a pizza he was sending was not free, and that I was receiving no compensation whatsoever for my inconvenience. Just as much as I am unhappy with the late late service I am also unhappy with the managers attitude and his unwillingness to accept the store mistake

Papa John's Unfriendly Staff

My father placed an online order for delivery on October 7th. About ten minutes later he gets a text saying delivery is not available. I call the store and a lady hung up on me. I decided to go up to the papa johns. When I get there this big short rude lady was at the register. She looked right at me in disgust and walked away. She was watching TV on her phone and ignored me. She didn't even greet me. A guy with glasses came from the back to help me. They couldn't find my fathers order and said I must have ordered from a different location by mistake. I just placed another order to go and waited. The second person was friendly.

Papa John's an entirely soaked bottom of epic stuffed crust works pizza

ordered my pizza on 9/23 at 4:00 from store 16 on dixie in louisville KY and the entire bottom of my pizza was entirely soaked and this was delivery because I do not have a car. anyway, when I called store and told mgr about my pizza being entirely wet on bottom so as not able to pickup snd eat--only thing could do was scrape ingredients off pizza with fork which I refuse to do she told me would replace if came to pickup and when I explained that I had no car and dominos does not do this she hung up--OMG what an insult--this store all of a sudden after many years of my faithful patronage here recently has had numerous issues and this is 1st time I complained and what a joke it was--Papa Johns does not value loyal customers

Papa John's Phone order

On September 17, 2023, I called in a take order to my local PaPa Johns. I was quite confused when the person who answered the call sounded as if he was from India. I must say it was not a pleasant conversation. I had trouble understanding anything he said. When I picked up my order, I asked the store employees if in fact I was speaking with a call center. They said yes I was. Unfortunately in this day and age, I expect to speak with a foreigner when calling a customer service line. But having to do this when I call a local establishment, especially to make a pizza order, makes no sense to me.

If this was done to save money, than shame on you. You have one less customer here,

Papa John's The delivery fee and tips

I see on the PapaJohn's website that we are charged for a delivery fee and there is an option to leave a tip as well. First off, my question to the higher ups at Papa Johns would be why in the world are yall charging people a delivery charge when yall know that fee is not given to your delivery drivers? Its bad enough that yall charge outrageous prices but to do your employees like that is just down right wrong. Im just saying yall should treat your drivers a little better. And something else that makes me upset is making your drivers pay for their own fuel...i mean come on, this company makes enough money and besides the company would probably save money is yall paid at least a portion of their fuel costs. But I guess its all about making every dime you can isnt it? I wonder how corporate would feel if the shoe was on the other foot. Getting back to this delivery fee...Papa Johns isnt providing any transportation so why the heck should they be getting any fees. I dont know about the rest of your customers but i opt to do away with that fee. If yall would give that to your employees and drivers i would be ok with that but yall dont do yall? Yall dont pay for the wear and tear on their vehicles either.

Desired outcome: i would like to see the delivery driver fee opted out since it is not benefiting your employees it is only benefitting the big wigs. I would also like to think that Papa Johns can be empathetic to these issues

Papa John's "Free" papadia after wasting time in survey

What an absolutely pathetic company. Seriously. I was actually happy with my last order at my new apartment, and got the little coupon code for the Papadia...was looking forward to trying the cool ranch one tonight and grab a pizza as well, but ofc...You made it where we can't redeem that. So, your company goes right back to my [censored] list, and I'll just order from Dominos 2-3 times a month...At least there just isn't an issue 50% of the time, or some bait [censored] coupon.

Papa John's Papa John's Manager wrongfully terminated me

I was working at the Papa John's in Rock Hill South Carolina on heckle boulevard and the manager wrongfully terminated me she put money on the floor and inspected me to pick it up but I didn't and later on at night she fired me she said that she heard that I was talking about her and all I did was do my job I wasn't even there a week and she done that and I really needed that job as a manager she was not supposed to behave in that manner this was around September 2021 and ever since then I wasn't able to get back in Papa John's I don't know what she done but it's not right my name is Tony Porter

Papa John's fraud

i recently ordered from oneof your resturants online. i was using a coupon for online orders,it failed to accept that coupon.i finished my order and was going to pay at the store.when i told the cshier about my issue,she tried to correct the order,but the coupon did not show up in the system,and again i was refused my discount.i did purchase my food at the regular price as i had agreed.

if i am recieving coupons that are not valid,with good dates and used as stated\,then this is simply fraud.i filed a previous complaint with no response.i will speak with an attorney about the situation,and persuing charges.

Papa John's Delivery time

I ordered for delivery at 1:06 pm was told 30 to 45 minutes for delivery after 50 minutes called to check status. It hadn't even been made .spoke to Brian and was Told they were busy and understaffed. They should have known that at order time. So I could have had a choice to continue in light of longer wait time. My food was delivered at 2:33. My grandkids had already eaten and didn't even want what I spent 45 bucks on. Including tip.

Desired outcome: Honest expected wait times. And maybe a discount or free pizza for my grandkids the next time they are out of school. They were really disappointed

Papa John's Online special

Today I ordered online using the $6.99 each special ordered 2 pizzas and chicken poppers. (6.99x3) applied a promotional code for 25%off and $10.00 in papa dough. The total billed was correct, but upon pick up the store they insisted I had not ordered the chicken Despite the fact I recreated the order in front of the manager and showed him the totals agreed with the receipt. He refused to add the chicken to the order. So I returned the pizzas for credit. I expect to see the $10.00 in papa dough returned to my account as well as the discount being made available again if I ever choose to buy from you again. This is being written as I am waiting on pizza from one of your competitors. The manager at your store came across like a [censored], as I showed him simple math that backed up my claim an he was only able to blink and smile and refuse me the rest of the order. Very frustrating
