Papa John's Carryout

Placed an online order for carryout for store 868 in Indianapolis indiana..

1. Online says large 1 topping for $7.99 carry out special , reviewing my order before selecting payment pizzas listed as $9.49 a piece

2. Both pizzas were order exactly the same .

However when my order was picked up there open sign was already shut off and they wouldn't let me enter the store to get the pizza's Chris was polite !

When I use to manage this same store I always showed the finish product before I allowed the carryout or pick up customers leave but that was me . So disappointed with the quality of the pizza's.

Desired outcome: A replacement order I would also like for the crew working store 868 to be reminded of the standards and quality of Papa John's

I placed an order and when I call to check on it the manager rudely yelled "I said hold on d*** it" then he hung up and I called back then told him I was going to file a complaint then he told me to shut the **** up. Papa John's Not living up to promos or promosis

A month ago I place an order 2 hours early to be delivered at a specific time and it was a half hour late. I do a podcast and had to go off air to get pizza, I was promised 3 free pizza after complaining to the manager and got 2 2 weeks later and I was going to use the other one another time. I received a coupon for 1 free pizza 2 toppings and the code was invalid. I call the store and get someone from a customer service farm and then they transferred me to the store and I asked to speak to the manager, he said the coupon was invalid and I just hang up. I call right back figuring I could order my last free pizza and said there was nothing on my account. I told the manager I will never order from there again and hung up.

A year ago I placed an online order once again 2 hours ahead of time it was 2 hours late and I asked the driver why and they did not know and said they just got the order. It turns out they use Grubhub or some delivery service and never tell their customers.

Papa John's Service and manager

My son ordered $170 of products from store #3732 in Walker La. At 2:00pm 11/19/22 with a delivery time of 7:00pm for a family event. When the product had not arrived by 7:20pm he called to find out if they were on the way. She (the manager) said that they did not have any drivers to deliver it. This is when he ask for a refund. So she hung up the phone. This is when my wife called back multiple times and she (the manager) hung up on her every time. My youngest son called multiple times and she hung up on him as well. I guess she (the manager) saw the caller ID with our name on it. So we called from someone else’s phone and she (the manager) answered normally but with attitude until my wife started talking. That’s when she (the manager) hung up the phone again. At this time our family is now discussing what we were to do next. 1) call the Sheriff and file theft. 2) Drive up to the store and try to reason with the manager or let her call the police and we could pled our case with them and have her on record with the police department. We discussed our options for approximately one hour when the driver pulled up to the front door. I asked the driver if they worked for Papa Johns, they replied no they driver for door dash and began telling us about the chaos that they (the driver) had to endure just to get their deliveries. They observed the manager verbally abusing her employees and customers in the store. They (the driver) after what they observed, they would not ever order anything from that Papa Johns again and we agreed.

Desired outcome: Fire the manager that was on duty and anyone else involved in the human rights abuses. Then reorganize the store and retrain the employees for proper customer service.

Papa John's The price I was being charged

My husband and I went to PaPa John's Pizza and ordered 2 medium cheese pizzas and she was going to charge us $30+ dollars! For 2 Cheese Pizzas!

That is totally insane!

On their website it said that you can get a medium pizza with 1 topping for $6.99 and pair with something else on the menu and the other item would be $6.99 so why in the world was 2 medium cheese pizzas $30?

We were very disappointed and we left. We most likely will not be going back especially if we are going to be charged these prices. Also there was no menu to look at inside the store. Ridiculous!

This happened at the PaPa John's in Lewisburg,WV 24901 at approx 2:00P.M. on Saturday October 1, 2022.

Papa John's Pizza

I purchased a pizza at the Ferguson Missouri location on 09/03/22 I emailed customer support at pap johns and got a reply back for a free pizza I emailed the person back at papa johns Glee Moore and said they were emailing the manager as I just wanted my money back for the bad pizza I got as I will never go back to a pap johns again,, the pizza they gave me was a works and all the topping were not cook into the pizza and i have a video showing all the ingredient's falling off the pizza when I pick the pizza up because they were not cooked into the pizza ,, I guess if a customer get a bad pizza like I did your just SOL out of luck and that is that,,, i really really feel ripped off I had to throw the pizza away and couldn't eat it as it tasted uncooked and was gross. I have email Glee Moore back with no response from Glee,, just ignores me thanks Glee Moore and papa johns for ripping me off I work really hard for my money and why hasn't anyone from Pap Johns looked at my video of the bad pizza and all the ingredients falling off the pizza,, bad bad customer service from papa johns

Desired outcome: I would just like my $14.00 back what I paid for the bad pizza

Papa John's My pizza has been undercooked

Worst Place Ever... Even the male night manager is very rude... I'm not the type to make a complaint but enough is enough.. I tried this place and was disappointed with rudeness... to by deaf The food is always made well. But the individuals making it are horribly rude. And this is on multiple ANGRY. I always love papa john's and tend to order it once a time, but my options. Then Night manger and NO NAME TAGS was very unpleasant about my experience.

Do better Papa John's.

Papa John's Pizza Delivered half cooked not fresh at all

My name is Lawanda.I live here in Charlotte NC. I ordered a medium size pepperoni pizza from Papa Johns with banana peppers and the peppers was all torn apart smashed and burnt. I asked for the 3 cheeses hardly any cheese was on the pizza.

This is the PapaJohns on Colony Road here in Charlotte, NC. I did try calling the store no answer. So, I called customer service and the representative wasn’t helpful. He tells me it will be 24 /48 hours before someone reach out to me. The pizza looked old not even cooked all the way to me. I also ordered a 6 piece buffalo wings which was half cooked on the inside. I ordered this pizza online today 9/22/2022 around 5:15 pm and the pizza arrived around 5:40pm. I even gave the driver a $3.00 dollars cash tip. I really would like a refund on this pizza ordered. I’m just done with Papa Johns period!.

Desired outcome: I rather for them to refund my debit card back $23.98. My card ending in 6144

Papa John's No service to my residence

I live within 5 miles of Papa John's. They say I am out of their delivery area. I know I am not. Years ago, I did mystery shops for Papa John's. I would order delivery to my office and my home. I also did pick up shops. I never had to write an adverse review. I wrote to the office and was sent a letter saying they would deliver to me. They still refused. I let it go for years. I am elderly and disabled so I do not drive. I see no reason why they do not deliver when I live within 5 miles. I want to get Papa John's pizza delivered! Help me out. PLEASE.

Papa John's Asst. Manager, Brad at the Columbia city, Indiana store

On [protected] I dropped my 17-year son off at work. About an hour into him working, Mason left for the day. He was the manager on duty that day. Brad was the assistance manager after Mason had left. One of the co-workers told my son to go to the make line. He had no directions on what to do. He kept asking and nobody would answer him. Brad came over to the make line and proceeded to yell at my son, was cussing at him and told my son that he should not be working at Papa John's. Then he throws a rolling pin. My son went out back to take a minute. Brad followed my son outback and then looked at my son and said, " Hit me". Brad proceeded to say this to my son multiple times. Then he looked at my son and said, "Be a man". Brad went back inside, and my son called us. When we got to the store Brad would not come out to talk to us. My son called the manager, which was Mason, and told him what had happen. We met with Mason and Stephanie Baker on [protected] to discuss the incident. We are not satisfied with the actions taken where Brad is concerned. This is not the first incident where our son has been targeted by Brad. The first incident concerned a medical condition our son has. We feel that this has been swept under the rug. We feel the issues our son is experiencing have not been handled properly.

Dear complaints department

My granddaughter ordered a pizza last night from borehamwood and was quoted £9.99 when the person delivered it he charged her £21 after I called the store the manager was so so rude to me I asked for head office number and was told if you want it look online, he told me the quote fir £9.99 was collected I said you can’t charge someone £11 delivery he said we have to pay the driver £10 a hour so I can charge what I want, what a disgrace, my concern apart from being ripped off is what woukd have happened if we had left my granddaughters with the £10quoted and gone out she would have had nothing to eat, when I called the shop I asked for a quote for the same pizza and he said £15.99 and told me he can charge what he wants, with mangers like him you won’t have a decent company fir long,

Papa John's Alfredo pizza and wings

I placed an order for a large alfredo pizza with mushrooms, black olives, and banana peppers on 5/13/2022 at 5:18 p.m. I also ordered wings without sauce. The pizza did not taste right, not like the Alfredo I got from them before which was fine. I gave it to two other people and they also agreed there was something wrong with it. We had to throw it away. I did eat the wings but I feel guilty because they weren't chicken wings they were chick wings, small with no meat. I contacted Papa John's locally the next day to tell them about the pizza, but was pretty much told "better luck next time." Actual words were "I hope your next experience will be better." I went to the website and used the chat feature to file a complaint and was told I would be phoned within 48 hours. I was not called, but received an email offering to resolve the issue. I heard nothing for 48 hours so I sent another email 5-18-22 but have not received a reply. I requested a refund for just the pizza, because I did eat the winglets. Don't know what else to do.

Desired outcome: Refund for the pizza. Not sure I want to eat from there again. I would like the courtesy of a response that I was promised.

Papa John's Late Pizza Order

I placed a big order for a school event and made it clear that it needs to be received maximum by 1:15 p.m. I called twice the day before and asked about the procedure. I made sure to place the order about two hours in advance. Surprisingly, the restaurant called me at 1:18 asking me to pick up the order myself as the driver hasn't reached there yet! The school event had to be canceled which was extremely disappointing.

Papa John's Discount not given

For quite some time I have been ordering from our local Papa Johns (your restaurant #0785) after work to pick-up my order and since I have been picking up wearing my security uniform I noticed the young man would always give me a discount. Yesterday, I placed my order and not only was my pizza incorrectly prepared but I was not given my discount. I asked to speak with the manager (Daniel Moreno) and he never came out to speak with me nor to see what the issue was. I had to wait an additional ten minutes for my pizza to be done and no credit was applied to my order, no apology. I may be reached at 305.297.4629, my name is Maria.

Papa John's Pizza

I ordered a pizza today for delivery and once I got it, it was a mushy mess. It was not fully cooked making the pizza squish together on itself and fall apart it is not really edible. My order number was [protected]. The store code was #764 I lost $20 with delivery fee and tip.

Papa John's Delivery service, cold pizza and wings

Waited an 1 and 15 mins for cold pizza and wings. Super disappointed in the service I received from pap johns at the wards corner location. This isn't the 1st time I received [censored]ty service and I hate to complain. I don't want to blame the delivery driver for doing his job, but goddamn, that's ridiculous and it was cold and super unpleasing. I'm not happy at all! Do better.

Desired outcome: better service in the future. I am at the point where I am going to stop ordering from papa johns
