On May 24th 2023 at 6:50pm, I went into this store to order food. After 5 mins finally an employee (A) asked me what I needed. I told him I still had to order and he said that I have to wait for another employee. After about 10 more mins I wave at employee A for help. He just looked at me and went back to making boxes, so I went to leave. As I was getting in my car another customer went in, so I followed him. Employee A came right to counter to give internet customer his food. I then told employee B I was still trying to order a pizza 25 mins later. Finally he took my order.
I received it in normal time, but when I checked it — the crust was THIN CRUST not REGULAR. I went back in and told them it was incorrect. They began to argue with me that the crust was right. I simply asked for them to remake it correctly to which they again argued the crust is normal crust. Included are pics of pizza I received... it is clearly pulverized and burnt. I know PJ has dipable crust as regular crust.
Not only did I not get attended to for 25 mins (and only after another customer came in); but I was unable to even eat the pizza I received and blantantly denied a fix for my issue. I am unable to chew burnt wafer crust as it gets extremely hard. So I paid $12 to stand there for 40 mins total and not get my dinner. PICS clearly show crust smooshed.
Desired outcome: I want a free small pizza with pep on regular crust. I was unable to eat mine. I can send it to you if you need it.
