Auntie Anne's A drink order

This is my first ever bad experience at Auntie Anne’s Pretzel I’m Mobile Al and with a general manager so he says by the name of Julien Paris. It was more whipped cream than juice ask for more juice. I got a horrible reaction from the manager. He was rude to me, argumentative, his pitch in his voice arose, very petty and mean. Over asking for more juice. Told me no to a refund, no to adding more juice, and to contact HR. He said I insulted him I ask how he couldn’t answer. He also stated I’m the only person who complained about his drink.

Desired outcome: My desired outcome would be to place a professional person in his place but I’m requesting a refund and I will never return

Auntie Anne's Management

I was at auntie Anne’s in the orange park mall on Saturday the 6th. When I told the cashier I wanted to get a sweet almond pretzel. Unfortunately the one I got was solid like a rock, when I went back to get another one, im assuming he was the manager. I’ve never been treated rudely over something I just wanted fixed. I asked the gentleman if he minded making me a new pretzel since the one I was handed was hard, I was told I could either get a refund of wait 20 minutes for a new one. I just wanted a soft pretzel..

Auntie Anne's Uncooked dough

04/16/23 went to auntie Anne’s for some pretzel bites the dough surrounding the pretzels were golden on the outside but completely raw on the inside. I just wanted to share to make sure this doesn’t happen to someone else and make sure the dough is throughly baked through. I would have gone back to tell them but the line was so long I truly did not have the time to wait back in line

Auntie Anne's Employee’s poor customer service

We went to stopped by at the outlet mall in Wisconsin dells, and the lady who worked there was very rude… we asked something from their menu and replied with her rude voice “whatever we have is in this shelves, that’s it”. so we just go ahead at ordered what’s available. Inside Auntie Annie’s store there's Gloria Jean’s coffee which the lady said ‘it’s different transaction & I’ll be there after I served the next guest”. So we waited, and customers kept coming in and not even minding us standing in the corner waiting patiently. After she served 3 more customers, more groups of customers came inline, so I politely asked if we’ll be the next to served and replied “well I told you I can’t served you while I have customers here in line. Bottom line is, employee should trained with better customer communication skills, this asian indian lady was very rude, yelling at you instead of being apologetic. Lastly why there are 2 stores inside facing each other? I guess it’s own by 1 owner. But still customer service was very bad. I should have read and checked other online reviews. Surely, I’m not the only one who experienced this. Visited on 04/02/23

Desired outcome: Talk to the employee and let her read all reviews about complaints. More training, maybe start from smiling to the customers.Need replies in all the reviews so we know that it was resolved both in goggle and yelp.

Auntie Anne's Summit Mall food court Auntie Anne's is very unprofessional and rude!

On 1/20/23 they took my free pretzel coupon and said it was expired. When I ask her to show me the expiration date, she showed me a name and said that person does not work for the company. (there was no date.) the name on the card never worked for there company, he does advertising for there company and pass out free pretzel cards.

Auntie Anne's Customer service

Jim Thorpe PA 230 pm ET 7/313/2022 at the rest stop no food and bad attitude.

The customer service at the Jim Thorpe PA store is beyond attrocious.I waited in line at a service stop for over 15 min to be told not only did they not have what I wanted but only whats in the case. This was at 230 in the afternoon.There was no attempt to even offer to wait for food or even an apology. To say she could care less was an understatement. This is a poor reflection of you company .

Desired outcome: Train your staff and or hire more professional people

Good evening, My name is Mekia Boyce. I am filing a complaint on one of your employees at the 8200 Perry hall Blvd location.

October 1, 2022 at approximately 7:20 ish pm My family and I were at Auntie Ann’s inside of the mall ordering food. If I’m not mistaken the females name is Chimiya. She seemed very irritated didn’t say hello how may I help you have a good day or anything. I said to her you seem very irritated. Chimiya then replied oh I am irritated very irritated. I then replied oh you need to go home and try again tomorrow. Chimiya then replied no you go home. I said where is your supervisor she started yelling moving her head, neck motion and stated my name is Chimiya call my supervisor I don’t care, made sure I knew her name. I told her she is very disrespectful. Customer services goes along way. She then brushed me off and said bye next person talking to the next customer. My family and I left to go do more shopping, walked back pass Auntie Ann’s and Chimiya started to laugh, as if I was a joke to her. At this point I remained quiet. I have 15years in the military experience, I’ve never been so disrespected in my life by a child not even my own or my sergeant. I would like a disciplinary action, some type of customer service training, professional classes. Something of the sort. I don’t believe customers are always right. Customers can be very rude to workers as well. She was just upright disrespectful, rude, unprofessional, impolite, inconsiderate. This has to stop. I am a repeated customer at this location in particular. I will reframe from going anywhere near this place if she continues to work there. Thank you for your cooperation.

Auntie Anne's Infection control, poor customer service

Cashier working Saturday 7/30/22 5:00 pm at tanger outlet mall auntie Ann’s obtained a cup for a drink. The employee female Hispanic about 17 yrs old over filled cup with too frozen drink pour some of it out then took lid of cup slid edge of lid along side cup where her bare hand was and collected the access frozen drink in lid and placed it back in the cup and closed it. Then she wipe the cup with napkin and then placed cup on counter. I picked up cup it still had the drink on the cup where you hold it so I gave it back and left the store. My children whom were with me at the time continued with their purchase. They exited the store with the drink I gave back stating employee said we had to take drink. I walked back in and asked the employee for her supervisor. She said why? I said can I speak to your supervisor she said she’s not here. I said ok can I have her name. Employee then became agitated and said what’s the problem I said I just want her name I’ll call her later. Employee didn’t want to give me the supervisor’s name so I told the store customers and employees what she did. Employee proceeded to argue with me and eventually called me a [censored].

Desired outcome: She should be educated on customer service and disciplined appropriately.

Auntie Anne's Zero service in woodbridge nj at walmart

I called corporate office 4x no response... I wrote 4 emails...No response... So now i will leave bad feedback everywhere i can find... On every social media ...

No one deserves to go through what i had to endure and then to be treated like i was not even human...

This store needs to be closed down .. I mean shut and boarded up...

First not one person seems to speak any english... I tried... Really tried...I pointed to pictures... I smiled... I tried to order anything... Over and over... For 34 minutes...And got nowhere...

The person shrugged her shoulders and said i no understand... 20x

the manager a spanish woman...Brown hair... Was on her cell phone the whole time talking to her family in spanish... She did not take a customer... Help anyone... Ring anyone up...Did nothing for 32 minutes...

This is all on video ...Look for yourself...Or watch what i put on you tube...Because it is beyond unbelievable. ...

The shelves were all empty...There was nothing to sell...Nothing with prezel...Not plain...Not with franks...Not with peperoni...

I said when will you have any items for sale...

She said i will do... I do ... And stood there

so i said i want one of each...Ok and she smiled... Did not move

i talked to the manager who said wait... She was on her cell

i waited and she went to the back... 7 minutes later came out and smiled at the girl who was still not moving...

They spoke in spanish... I asked to the manager do you speak english...

I can..She answered...Do you see me ordering one of each of the cups... To go...

Oh yes... We will do... Ok when...Soon... Like how soon... Perhaps 15 minutes... Ok but you not making any... We do... Ok but no one is moving... Are you both normal?

go we will make...Ok i go shop and come back...

They are in the exact same spot...Nothing in the glass to buy... So i ask where are the items i ordered... We are making them... How...By magic? need just 15 minutes... I say yes that was 15 minutes ago... We have to make fresh... You i know since y ou have nothing for sale all day so far... Ok you shop we will do... I look at both of them... I point to the pictures again...And say one of each...One then one and one of this... Yes we do

i come back ...Nothing... So i ask again where are the items... We need to put in oven...Ok are they in oven...Not yet we need to do...Do what... Make the food...Fresh...Ok i know this already ...Been here for 45 minutes... Yes 15 minutes... Are you people demented? am i on tv?

let me call your corporate office what store number is this... Dont know... Who is your boss...No know... .. I want the prezels i ordered 5x over an hour now... We need to put in oven... She is almost ready...And i turn and the not english person is now rolling dough over small franks... First time she moved all day...

Auntie Anne's Service and having no items for sale

Went to the woodbridge nj store inside wallmart 3x so far this week... Nothing is for sale inside the glass cubes... So you have to order and come back later...In 15 minutes... But they forget to make items for sale... They were on the cell phone... So you leave and come back... When they see you they start the process and ask you come back yet again... When you do 100 little prezels are cut and with hot dogs inside but not one is put in the oven as of yet... They want to cook all at once it seems and they want you to come back yet again

I want this complaint to be reviewed as I have the video... And the workers do not understand any english... I had to spend 15 minutes pointing to items on a printed board to order them... Not one word in english at any of my 3 visits...

Desired outcome: FIRE EVERYONE AND HIRE PEOPLE WHO ARE ALIVE.... HAVE ANY WORKING BRAIN CELLS.... DO NOT TALK ON CELL PHONE ALL DAY..... ACTUALLY MAKE ITEMS FOR SALE.....

Auntie Anne's Birthday rewards

Today is my birthday and I called in bc I’ve had this app and everything on my phone for months and I never received my birthday rewards so when I go to sign in today I can’t so I signed in using my Facebook account. She said she was the supervisor and that bc it shows I created an account today that she can’t honor my birthday rewards. I’m sorry, I’m very confused. I have a license I could send. I have to attached to my Facebook which also has my birthday on there too. She said “sometimes Facebook is weird when you sign up through them” (well then make it known to your customers not to do it that way then!) Ridiculous and sad.

Desired outcome: I would like to have my birthday rewards as I was told I would if I joined rewards program. You guys, this is silly. I have an ID for proof that it’s my bday. This is just so silly to lose a customer over.

Auntie Anne's Rogue employee

My daughter and I made an order for 2 bags of mini hotdogs at the Auntie Anns in the Arkadia mall next to Fairmont Nile Hotel. This was this afternoon on 20th April 2022. The attendant claimed not to speak English and proceeded to tell us to pay EGP 150. When we asked why this outlet had it so much higher than the price noted on the screens above (EGP 45) and also higher than the outlet at Cairo Festival City that charged us EGP 50, he claimed the monitors were not correct. When we asked for a receipt he then claimed the system was down and could not give a receipt. So I insisted on taking pictures of the outlet as attached and left pretty upset. Upon arrival in our hotel room, we discovered that the pastry was uncooked/still raw and so I had to return to the outlet. At the security gate out of Fairmont Nile Hotel into the mall, the guard informed me that the attendant had left a receipt and refund of EGP 50. This was in the space of less than 10 mins and contrary to his word. I then went to the outlet and waited for him about 5 mins as he always seems to be stepped away. I have returned the mini hotdogs and demanded my cash back in full which he gave us. This attendant is rogue, unprofessional and clearly a thief. You need to address this most unbecoming of behavior.

Desired outcome: I would appreciate an acknowledgement of this complaint and the attendant needs to be disciplined.

Auntie Anne's Food

Asked if mini dogs could be made and how long it would take and they said they were making any at 3pm. And not only did the cashier have headphones in not really communicating or able to hear what I’m asking they didn’t wanna do there job.

I purchased (2) Auntie Anne's $20 localflavor.com certificates on 10/13/20. I have tried multiple times to use these certificates at the designated location (woodstock, GA outlet shoppes of ATL) to no avail. The cashiers have no clue how to use the certificate and they are clueless every time we go into the store. It is very embarrassing standing in line...

Auntie Anne's Employees

Stopped in for a quick bite. Cashier instantly seemed irritated. She was very dry & rude. I left and found out the food was hard. Something told me not to go back but I was too far from home for food to be replaced so I went back in & witnessed the same cashier being rude to another customer. Knowing that she had an issue right away I asked for a manager. The manager disregarded the fact I asked for him to handle the situation in a professional & polite manner. I decided to ask the cashier what her problem was & the manager didn't Ike that. He started going off. Screaming, hollering, calling me out of my name & threatening me. He screamed so loud my child that was with me peed his pants. Very rude & should not hold that title or be in charge of the store alone. This was the store at the Eagan Outlets in Eagan Mn.

Desired outcome: Employees be terminated immediately.
