Wayfair - Refusing Assembly of sideboard.

I purchased the sideboard and the Assembly fee online from Wayfair.
I received the sideboard (Aug 15th) delivery was originally Aug 18th and the assembly scheduled for the next day Aug 19th. Since I received it early I contacted customer service and ASKED if I could get an earlier assembly (4 days versus 1 day).
I was told that my scheduled date was now cancelled and I would receive a refund. Then I would have to create a new assembly booking date. I ASKED, I did not cancel.
The 3rd customer service person I Chatted with wrote me the following ‘chat’ and I quote):
“we have had to cancel the assembly. you may choose to use the sites I sent or if you have some in mind”. The CHAT goes on to say; you offer assembly with the expectation that there are assemblers in the area. No assemblers here.
I have pictures of the chats if required.
I am finding this begging to have a sideboard assembled extremely frustrating.
Will you help me?

Desired outcome: Please provide a PROFESSIONAL to assemble the sideboard ASAP. Thank you.
