Tim Hortons - drive through

I went to the drive through at this location and ordered a food item the person on the radio told me that the item was available. When I got to the window they changed me and as I was waiting they then decided to tell me that the item is no longer available.

The program system you offer is also horrible. They did not allow me to use it on any hot beverage. Also when I order more than one coffee and use the rewards program it only counts one coffee purchased

Tim Hortons - lettuce

Recently you have made the change of using shredded iceberg lettuce which has been a terrible mistake! Doesn't taste good and always makes a mess, plus does not look fresh. Please go back to the original lettuce.

Plus I would like you guys to work on your customer service attention. The workers are not nice and always in a rush. It does not feel like I'm appreciated as a customer and makes me not to come back
