Tim Hortons on Graham Avenue Winnipeg, MB. The service was good until a year or so ago when it went totally down hill. I wait I. The mornings to catch my 8:00 am bus. One cashier insists on talking to people instead of decent service and the others are so slow I have to be there at least 15 mins ahead to not miss my bus. Today a woman came in without a mask and cut in front of me, security is useless too. I've seen angry customers just swear in frustration and leave too many times to count. I gave them a year before I complained but something has to be done. Where is the focus on speedy efficient customer service. Thank you
Desired outcome: Efficient fast customer service
Tim Hortons - Dark roast coffee
I work during the day in downtown Winnipeg, I get coffees from Tim's.
The Dark Roast has been changed.
I used to get it all the time, now I don't.
I feel real off since drinking the last dark roast I bought.
Like it affected my whole systems, I don't have diabetes and am somewhat healthy. I do have high BP and take meds. (Context) (Pretty norm problem with all our processed food etc..)
I had eaten during the day, ate my lunch.
I have a normal diet.
An afternoon coffee is not out the ordinary for me. I'm an admin assist, coffee is a life line. LOL.
Since having that medium dr 2 milk and 1 sugar. A week ago today, I feel off if I eat the wrong food item, processed. I know this doesn't sound right, lol. After I drank that coffee. It felt like my blood pressure went through the roof, I felt hot and sick to my stomach and I had to leave work cause I felt really [censored]en sick.
It hasn't tasted the same or process the same in my body anymore, this dark roast. IN fact it makes me ill to my stomach now.
I just wanted to let you (Tim's conglomerate) that I don't drink your dark roast anymore. I haven't felt right since.
Desired outcome: None-Just an FYI

Um, hello! So what’s changed in the past year? A pandemic perhaps? Employees are quitting in droves, mainly because they are fed up with rude customers who are absolute dicks. You see people being rude, well guess what. Nobody deserves to put up with abusive people at work, period. Security? I’m sorry, are the 15 year old employees supposed to be security as well? Give your head a shake bud, you are a huge part of the problem. Maybe you need to get up a bit earlier and stop complaining.
