Today I visited the Dollarama in Carbonear Newfoundland. I picked up 2 pairs of men’s crocs priced at 4.00. At the self checkout they rang up as 4.75. I called the assistant manager over to have her fix the price. She told me it was the store policy to only fix 1 price. When asked why it was priced at 4 but rang up as 4.75 she said “I guess human error”. Theses crocs were already prepriced on the item itself not with a sticker. I asked for a number that I could call to file a complaint and was told “ I don’t know what that is, guess you’ll have to look it up online.” Wondering how often this happens without a shopper noticing. Terrible
Desired outcome: If an item is priced at a certain amount make sure the customer is able to purchase it for that amount and an apology for being spoken to in such a rude manner. Terrible customer service! [protected]@yahoo.com
Dollarama - store management
I'm a former emplee of this company I may not be working for this company no more but am still a custermer and when I walk in to the store the management team is rood and don't care about any one safety in the store boxes all over tripping hasarts and the worst part about it is most of the emmplees are roud or refuse to help custermers in the store 20 propels in line and one cash running because there to cheep you bring in extra Empllees to work because the ceo will loose out on his 3.5 million dollar sallee this company cares more about working there emplee like dogs then treating any human with respect my dog gets treated better then the empllees at dallarama
