My wife and I picked a new leather living room set 3 seater and two chairs which was over $5000 dollars on your web site in November 2018 but before we spent that kind of money we wanted to try it first to make sure that we liked the comfort so we went to Leons Yarmouth they told us that they did not carry that set on the show floor and that we would have to drive the 350 kilometres to Leons in Halifax if we wanted to try it and so we traveled to the city and tryed the set which we liked and decided to go ahead and purchase the set, we were told we could just purchase it there and they would have it all taken care of and it would be transferred to the Yarmouth store just like we bought it there, we were told that the 3seater should be here in January and the two chairs no later than the start of March so mid to late February I went in Leons Yarmouth to ask if they had heard anything on my furniture they we and checked and I was told it would be two weeks, so in two weeks I returned to the store and asked about news on my furniture I was told again it would be another two weeks, so I returned to the store to weeks later and asked again about news on my furniture to which they checked and came out and said it will be another two weeks, it was not so much of the time factor it was the couldn't care less attitude and I got a bit upset and raised my voice at the sales associate for which I apologized to him for just then The owners son came from the office and looked at me and said GET THE [censored] OUT is looked and said excuse me he said again get [censored]ing out before I call the ramp when I asked him if that's how he spoke to his customers I was told I was no longer a customer of Leons I told him I would no longer be a customer of Leons once I receive my furniture or my money he said someone would let me know when my furniture arrived so I left, not half an hour later Scott was on the phone and when I told him that I had raised my voice but had not used any profanity and he was totally out of order speaking to a customer like that it's disgusting he told me he had got a better deal for me and I would be getting a $200-$300 dollar rebate of my furniture . Also every time I enquired about the deal they were running at the time if you spent over $3000 dollars on furniture you got a free 50" tv every time I asked I got the same cold shoulder don't know it will probably come with your order, as it stands I finally got the last of my set delivers last Saturday April 6th but have had No rebate and what a surprise no 50" tv at least we now have our living room set .
The figures on the delivery notes do not match my paper work so I await my rebate the first time in over 20 years that my wife and I have been able to buy ourselves a new leather living room set and Leons Yarmouth has completely taken any pleasure out of this for us.
