I get a tea every morning at the hardwood plaza in Ajax
Today November 17th at 7:05am is the 3 rd time in two weeks my.tea is Luke warm not even remotely hot
I have no way of heating an extra large black tea in my microwave ar work so I end up dumping it out!
It’s very frustrating and the prices keep going up and quality going down
Please make this right
Claimed loss: 3 extra large teas in form of gift card as this is my third time happening to me
