Lastman's Bad Boy

Walked into the bad boy store in barrie, looked around and finally settled on a floor model couch. We needed delivery and was told that this would occur the following thursday (1 week later). So my husband takes the day off (unpaid), waits all day, then I call and find out they have no record of our purchase. They call the barrie store, who called me right away and said "oops, we made a data entry error, no couch for you today. We will have it delivered tomorrow". He takes off another unpaid day, by 6pm there is still nothing to sit on. I get a phone call telling me the driver is running late (no kidding), and driver is to call me when he is on his way. No phone call, they finally drive up at 7:15pm, we had to cancel our plans for friday evening, and all we heard was "boy, heck of a day" from the delivery guy. Yeah, well I had a heck of a day too, buddy. This was our second purchase from them - the first one went like a charm, this one... Not so much. Ironic part is that we only live 3 blocks from the store - we could have walked it home a lot quicker. I emailed a week ago, no one has had the courtesy to acknowledge my email, so guess what bad boy?... You don't get one more penny of our hard earned money and I will dissuade anyone else from buying from your stores. Mel lastman, it's a shame.. You are an ok guy, but your employees have much to learn about customer service.
