I went this Tim Hortons ordering a large meal for my family . I over heard the manager yelling at his employees and being very vulgar. I feel this behaviour should not be happening in a work place and will never be coming to this Tim Hortons again. I am writing this complaint as I feel it is unfair and he should not be treating his employees in that manner. I hope there are consequences for ones actions as I am a regular customer.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

Tim Hortons manger at the Meadowvale Town center is always rude and vulger with his employees. I am a regular customer and poor immigrants who work their have no choice but to take the managers BS... some should do something about this and in canada this type of work environment should not exists.

I don't know why you would ask for no tomatoes on a breakfast sandwhich anyway, since it doesn't COME with tomatoes in the first place, if you say it they probably think you are asking for it, same with people who say "no sugar" in their coffee, we won't put it in if you don't ask for it>( It comes black unless otherwise specified.
