I work at Chatham Kent health alliance and the Tim shop on site

It has become really difficult to order from our phone directly using the app. I work in emergency room and can't avoid 20mins on a queue to get coffee for myself and the nurses. I was able to order from the app on my phone until 2020 ? When the new app format came.
Can you guys try and fix the problem. It is really annoying and frustrating.
