I arrived yesterday evening with a friend at embrun tim hortons she is an ex employee thats just recently stopped working as we arrived to the drive thru window the manager rachel started screaming very unprofessionaly and with anger at the other person in my vehicle this is unacceptable and should not be left unspoken the manager has no respect for this person and completly humilliated her in front of about 10 people we were 4 in my vehicle and all the employees working on drive thru
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
