I went into the Erin, Ontario location yesterday around 2:30pm. Not only did I went 35 minutes to place my order.
I could see the timer for the drive thru which on average 7-10 minutes per car.
The lady preparing the food never washed her hands or changed her gloves. She was touching her face, nose, hat, clothes. She also went to the back and got napkins to restock but still kept her gloves on. I am disgusted that not only did I have to tell the lady to change her gloves but wash her hands. She took her gloves off when to the back room I am not sure if she washed her hands or not. There was a sink right beside the food area she could have washed them there.
I am very disappointed and disgusted in the service
Desired outcome: I'd like an response to this message from head office. I would like the store owner to be notified. I would like the owner to call me and ensure me they are looking after it.
Tim Hortons - ordering omelette bites
I was at the Tim Hortons listed above in the drive through. It was late at night around 9:35 pm.
I ordered a Western Omelette bite. To my surprise they informed me they don't serve the bites after 12 noon!
This surprised and angered me because I thought Tim's had an order breakfast anytime policy. Could you please provide with an explanation of this policy and bring me up to date as this has happened a few times over the last 2 months.
Very confusing based on your advertising regarding ordering your offerings.
Frustrated and confused

Tim Hortons - gift card
Complaint Description:
I received a $15 gift card from one of my students for Christmas. On Friday, Jan 3rd at approx 11:20am I jogged to Tim Hortons. I purchased a large soul and a large coffee. I used my $15 gift card to pay for it. I think it was approx $7.50. I actually took a picture of my lunch yesterday because I send the picture to my student who gave me the gift card to say Thank You. Today I jogged 5km again to Tim's at 4 Thomson Cres in Erin, Ontario. for lunch. I did not have my purse as I was jogging and I only had my gift card with the remaining balance. I chilli and a tea and was told that there was a zero balance on my card. Luckily the lady behind me paid for my lunch as I did not have my purse. The Tim's card number is [protected]. I scratched the silver sticker and the number underneath it is [protected]. Can you please look in to what happened to my remaining balance. I know the amount is small, but I was without money when I arrived and was depending on the card for my lunch (and energy) for my jog back home. Much appreciated. Tammy Dean [protected]
Incorrect amount on receipt and app is off by$15
