I attended at the above noted shop at 6:30 pm this evening. I used the bathroom and there was no toilet paper in the handicapped stall.
I came out and ordered a steeped tea, there was none ready.
The young woman that served me was training I think, she was very helpful and advised it would be about 5 minutes. I opted for an orange pekoe.
The doghnut trays were mostly empty, I opted for a blueberry muffin. The young lady proceed to check many muffins, for a blueberry as there were multiple varietys together in the tray, althought the tray marked blueberry had muffins with nuts. She checked a few without gloves on.
There were no one wearing gloves, I didn't comment as I assumed she was training.
When she put my muffin into a bag, I asked for a napkin, the box at the till was empty. She did provide from a box from the wall.
I advised her that there was no toilet paper in the handicapped washroom and there was no soap in the dispenser, she said she would tell the supervisor.
I opted to not complain to the supervisor as the store was dirty, with soiled napkins on the floor, there were 3 cold lidded coffees left on the garbage can, and from the look of the lids and the area surrounding it looked like someone was disappointed in the beverage and left them sitting.
I was the only person in the store at the time and there was one car that had gone into the drive-thru lane as I was exiting the store.
It was very disappointing at 6:30 pm on a Sunday evening to not have a variety of doughnuts available and the mess of the store is not like the usual appearance of any store I've been in.
