I went to tim's a couple of days ago. I went through the drive through. I ordered a bagel lightly toasted and asked for lightly buttered. I also ordered french vanilla's. When I received my order the bagel had peanut butter on it. My son who is 2 years old is very allergic to peanut butter. I went back to talk to the manager. I had told her what I had ordered and what I had received. I am very happy I did not give it to my son in the car on the way home. The manager said that she was very sorry and that she was going to give me six gift cards of $25 dollars each. She said that they didn't have any, so she then offered me a muffin. Could you imagine if I gave my son his bagel?, he wouldn't be here. And all she offered was gift cards or a muffin. My son's life is worth so much more, but yet she really upset me by showing how little his life meant to her. I am really hoping to hear back from you.
