I have purchased 5 kitchen appliances for 5 products in 2018 and the extended warranty for all 5 products for 4 years.
When I checked online, I only saw 4 products displayed. After calling and sending email to [protected]@serviceplan.ca, they indicated that Canadian Appliance Source only send them the Bill of Lading with 4 products. However, on my Bill of Sale, it clearly indicated 5 products.
I do not know if Tom Tahmasebi, the sales made the mistake missing out the item. I have not heard from him on the explanation.
