I went to Fido store at Pacific Mall around 5:30 on March 29 to pick up my Sim card, active it and transfer my current phone number back to Fido. When I was there, a guy named Joanathan typed my verified ID information on the computer once and told me the system had some problem, so he was not able to give me the Sim card. And I was told I needed to call the customer service centre. I called them, they told me everything was fine and he was the person who should call their support line to find out the solution as this was what they did all the time for customers to have their requests done. I told him what I was told, but he said he had tried so many times and it still did not work, and the people worked at support line for employees had finished their work for the day. After I told him they did not finish yet, he said he would not call them. When I asked the reason, I was told"There is no reason" or "I do not need to tell you the reason." Then, I was shocked by what he said and tried to find out why he refused to do so. This might made him furious, so he run into his office, took off his name card and came back to me to yell at me to get me off the store. When I pulled my cell phone to make a voice record to show his language, he suddently grabbed my phone and my arm and pushed me. I was lucky as I was saved by a security guard passing by, and the security guard even tried to ask him to make a phone call to solve the entire issue after he heard the whole story. But he still refused to call for help and again he repeated "There is no reason". This is the most awful, unreasonable and unbelievable service I have ever encountered in my whole life. I still do not understand why he refused to do so easy thing as an employee. After I did some research and found that he had been complained by customers so many times before, once is on Fido forum about his attitude and the way he dealt with customer and some are in Chinese community websites. As those are not written in English, I did not bother to post the link here. But I posted the link on Fido Forum here, and he is the person who was discribed as wearing glasses. I have double checked that he is the person as he is the only one wearing glasses in that store since January.

And I think I am really wrong to try to go back to Fido as a former loyal customer who has Fido service for almost 10 years. Fido employee really shocked me that they could refuse to do their basic job. Hopefully, he would not curse or punch customers going into his store if he still keeps his job at Fido.
Desired outcome: He should be fired as he is the black sheep to ruin your reputation.
