I purchased a small coffee June 26th 2023 at 10:15 am
i asked for the freshest pot of coffee
she aggreged but when i tasted the coffee if was so so bitter and very very hot
so hot without sleeve I almost burned my hand i couldn't even hold the cup of coffee so manager showed up i went back and asked for at least a sleeve and the coffee to be replaced with fresher pot so i don't burn my hand or mouth too
since i had to come back to the store to replace the small coffee i asked for a medium to make me happy
but the coffee was still the same from the same pot unfortunately not any better
I was hoping that Tim Horton could operate with better service and quality my name is Sam Emanuele

I will like to file a complain the staff of tim horton name ms susana located at store 9251 woodbine ave l6c 1y9 ontario canada. I ordered ice cap every single day on this store thru online and pick up at the window and I have no problem until this morning april 28 at around 11am susana told me to go to drive thru, I told her I dont have a car thats why I ordered online and she insist its not safe to go on the window side, again I said I dont drive and I dont have a car and im ordering thru online everyday, she never stop talking, does she knows the online ordering for customers who has no car and the drivers with the big track that cant pass on the drive thru? does shes knows their business priority "CUSTOMER" she should accomodate the customers like me. she should not work on the drive thru counter if she doesnt know how to handle customers concern.
