I made a 21 day reservation a couple of months before my trip beginning April 22/2023. I arrived 3 and a half hours before my flight to find the lot barricated and a "lot is full sign".
I called the company and the best help the person could give me was, " there are other parking facilities around and you can use google to find another lot". Hard to do without internet.
A company that re-negs on a reservation is not reputable and should be avoided. The very least they should have done is notified me that the lot would be full and I would have had time to look for another facility.
Had I missed my flight, not only would my holiday be ruined, but I would out thousands of dollars.
I will never deal with this company again.

Desired outcome: I want to help others avoid the frustration and stress that this company can inflict on its customers. An apology or a justification for this kind of behaviour would be good too.
