I went into the Goodlife Fitness Newmarket location in November 2018 to discuss setting up my Corporate Plan but was instead sold on a 2 month sale offer. After a two month period I noticed the monthly fees sky-rocketed and when I brought it up to the manager, Natalia's attention, she mentioned the contract was emailed to me. However, no correspondence was ever sent, and she confirmed there was not an email on file. Indeed, the sales pitch from their representative Austin, back in November 2018 was never clear and he cut majority of corners, in what seemed eager to upsell his client. I insisted to cancel the membership, however, Natalia was pressuring me to put the membership on Hold. Fast forward to several months later, I noticed a Collections email regarding the membership of Goodlife Fitness. I strongly believe the associates working in the Newmarket location are more focused on meeting quota rather than doing what's right for the client, and executing their initial requests.
