I am used to experiencing issues with this Tim Horton's, for example, the last time I clearly ordered an Egg and Cheese without meat, I got home to see there was a sausage in my sandwich (I don't eat meat). However, I understand mistakes like this. Today, though, as I drove up to the drive thru window, no one was there. Two employees who should have been taking orders (it was 11:30 and was very busy) were taking photos of each other and laughing. While I waited for someone so I could pay and receive my food, another employee walked up to the window, without making eye contact, and handed me the pay machine without saying a word. After I payed, I thanked her, she handed me the food and walked away, still not saying a word or looking at me. I think that the employees at this store need to be better trained in customer service. Having worked in retail since high school, I understand that service like this is just unacceptable and makes the Tim Hortons brand look very bad.
