Order #9710 was ordered via mobile app which was behaving oddly. The location for Lakeridge Oshawa was not lighting up as an option. The site was not wanting to order the coffee and then all of a sudden it worked. When no coffee was prepared, I found out that it got ordered at the Ritson Road store in Oshawa, where I have never gone. Please refund me the $1.05 charged to me. Thank you.

Tim Hortons - cafemoka
On Dec. 31st.2019 at approx. 1950hrs. I went to the Tims franchise located in the Oshawa Lakeridge Health Hospital food court.
I ordered a couple of items including a large cafemoka .
When the cafémoka was given to me the push top lids opening had already been pushed and the cafemoka spilt on my leg and crotch.
Be advised that I am currently in the hospital and have to use a wheelchair.
I advised the staff and all they did was put a new lid on the cafémoka that too had the push lid section already pushed.
They never apologized nor did they refill the spilt portion of the item.
Never offered to replace the item just went on there way.
I guess they were more concerned about there New Years events or mad that they had to work on the holiday.
