November 29 2020 I called to order large pepperoni pizza and breadsticks with cheese and bacon. I was put on hold. 10 minutes and I'm still on hold so my son called the number of pizza in sudbury ontario on the barrydowne, same number that I called and still on hold and it just rang and rang and rang so my daughter takes her cellphone calls the number and bang she gets through and places the order while now I have been on hold for 20 minutes and no one answers and my son his call is still ringing no answer. Now can you explain to me my daughter got through but yet I called first and was on hold for 20 minutes and was still on hold when I hung up same as my son who it just rang for him. I went to pick up the order and I asked the girl why it was that she put me on hold but yet my daughter got through. She told me that she was all alone no one to help her. I told her that she should pick up the first call first but she didn't care. Service in that store in terrible. It used to be so good. Not impress. I used to be a loyal customer and the reason I pick it up is that they don't deliver where I live. I live 25 minutes from the store. So after the experience I got in getting through to place my order I will have no choice but to go elsewhere.
