I visited one of your Tim Horton's location with the intention of using my mobile promo offers. When I walked in, for whatever reason, my app did not load and therefore I explained to the manager who happened to be on cash my phone situation and the offers that tim hortons was providing for the next 4 days. She basically told me I was out of luck and she could not do anything for me. I even requested she enter the promo manually which she said she could not.
If you want to retain your customers, which I know are declining, I think you better beef up your service. The manager, of all people, should be aware of all the promos and honour the deal. In todays crazy world, every dollar counts and people are not afraid to take their service elsewhere like I did today.
I am a front line worker and was not pleased with the way I was treated during this stressful time in MY life.
Desired outcome: coupon in place of promo lost today - 2 farmers wraps for $5.00. Please email coupon to: [protected]@hotmail.com
