I submitted my complaint about this Tim Hortons and got case number WXSV8. It was about employee's behaviour who served me Farmer's wrap with egg while I asked for Eggless as I am pure vegetarian and it's against my religious rules to eat Non veg or Eggs. But the employee was not apologetic and said it's just a mistake, it was a big mistake to me. And I am afraid that he might be serving wrong orders to other customers as well. After complaining about this issue to Tim Hortons head office I received an email which assured that I will be contacted by someone. But there is no contact made yet.
If you don't wanna react on your employee's behaviour even if it's his mistake, at least give me my money back for that particular order.
