563 Sherbourne is the worst Tim Hortons store in the history of Tim Hortons. Often they are understaffed and overwhelmed. NEVER do you get napkins when you order anything from the food menu. Yesterday we ordered 2 bagels both with cream cheese, both came with a bagel hole with cream cheese, there was barely a scratch of cream cheese on the bagel. It's ridiculous because if you want quality control, get a tiny scoop; problem solved. Today we order a bagel with cream cheese (and a shout to the back, "put cream cheese on the bagel") and a bagel with bacon, egg, and cheese. Congrats on the bagel with cream cheese, but epic fail on the second bagel, it only had bacon on it. This is NOT unusual, this site is the worst, I'm diabetic and I ALWAYS get sugar in my coffee or latte. I yell "NO SUGAR" just in case they can't hear a normal speaking voice. (they can't hear anything or read anything, clearly)
Try to phone them, good luck, ask for a manager, good luck, want resolution, go to another Tim Hortons.
Desired outcome: Properly trained employees, napkins in the bag with a bagel, donut, sandwich, soup, (when necessary) would be appreciated. Someone on-site to resolve issues.
