Tim Hortons - bad service

Almost everynight after supper I enjoy a good coffee from tim hortons. My boyfriend and I go to tim hortons and why is it that everytime we go we get horrible service! I mean we leave home spend our money and we dont even get a hello when we drive up to the window. We are tired of getting the 'look' like uh no another order! What could you do about this? I work in public places and if I ever gave someone bad service id hear about it!

I arrived at the Lowell Tim Hortons and the sign said they were open, so I went in. The server said it was "three minutes to closing" so she couldn't give me the sandwiches I ordered. I will not be back to Tim Hortons. The food isn't that great anyway. See ya!

We typically go to one of our local Tim Hortons very early in the morning (between 4 - 5 am) We very rarely get good service but as it is the only location that is open that early we continue to go to this Store. Every morning we have to wait while the previous customer not only orders but recieves thier order before the next customer can place an order (this is either through the drive thru or at the counter). This could be because there is only one person on Drive- Thru. On this particular occasion I was waiting at the window when the employee turned to another and swore, it's not that I have never used such language, but I don't expect profanity from a representitive of such a family company. I work in the customer service industry and if I treated my customers with the disrespect and discourtesy that this morning staff does on a regular basis I woudn't expect to be employed long. I woulnd't complain if I had good service overall. The least they could do is say good morning and please or how about have a good day. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Every time i go to this Tim Horton's they never give me what i order.
Ask for a French vanilla they give you a regular coffee with lots of sugar. Ask for a ham and swiss with mustard they give to ham and swiss with Ranch. ranch is for salads not sandwich.
Not a very happy customer and never going back to that tim hortons again...

i go to this tim hortons every other day but recently during afternoon time there has been really bad order taking there is a dark skinned Hispanic female that does not know how to manage customers or her store. Every time i and my fellow friends attend to sit inside the place is always so dirty, the tables are never clean. This is very bad service, bad quality, and it is not tim hortons best standards. I believe there is a lack of effort in the management there fore it's shown through their employees.

I came to lethbridge alberta and I came to Tim Horton’s on 43 st close to the cassion . I was there at 24th of November 2011 and the time was about 9:30pm. The people that were working were eating dounts and geting my order. I felt very weird that what the girl was doing. the people that were making the food were not wearing gloves. When I was trying to talk to them they talked back to be very rudely. I am a truck driver and I will never come back to this place agin.

went to tim hortons as usual today and placed an order for coffee and a hash brown.total came up to be 4.17$ wow! went to counter, i passed her 10 $ bill and she gave me 2 coffees, i asked for receipt right away, cuz i thought something was wrong and i told her i just ordered one coffee, to my surprise she returned me change of 1 $ and some cents and tells me oh i have given you a dollar back for wrong coffee, i am like you are supposed to give me 5$ more, and shes like you gave me only 5$, i am like no, i gave you 10 $ and your receipt says $10, then she gave me 5$, what an experience to start a new week, fighting for your own money and obviously got overcharged, i have a receipt copy but cant attach as its in PDF

will i was going to tim hortons in lroquois ont that has to be the worst one in ont . the staff has no team work its very drity chair.s are broken for years . the flyes on food will i was going to eat there but no way in hell, i go to tim.s 3 times a day four coffee no food no way . my name is alex

I get used to Tim Hortons Coffee-Special flavours, since 1991 @ Bay st., Toronto, Ont, location-My first stop. Now, I am being addicted. No matter how many times I got pissed-off (discriminated) by Tim Horton's employees and Managers in various locations, I am still a regular Customer.

The Tim Horton Employees and Managements INCITE HATE and RACIAL COMMENTS against me and my ethnic groups. Sometimes they add some dangerous Chemicals in my Coffee that did make me sick, but since I am not professional complainer and CAN NOT afford legal costs or Police don't want to assist me, I live-up to without choices.

It would be better, if the Tim Hortons head office to discouraged illegal activities committed in their premises.

I witnessed many, many illegal activities committed against People from Ethiopian backgrounds by Tim Horton Managements and employees.

No choice, I live in the Country/Canada, where the CRIMINALS could get away with anythings, with some people assistances. I seen it since the Year 1991.

Tim Hortons, you owed me a lot.

Thats not a fair comment Stealth Pilot. A paying customer deserves to eat their food on clean tables and have the food that was ordered. Customer service is so bad these days.

Thank you for your comments they are appreciated. I am not hung up on myself I simply think that if you are in a service industry you should conduct yourself appropriately when dealing with the public. What they do in the staff room or elsewhere away from thier job and the customers is up to them I just don't think I should have to listen to it.
