On 05/21, I pre-ordered a crypto miner for $472.40, expecting delivery by 9/30. After this date, the company emailed about delays. They offered a lesser model as a replacement, which I declined. No further updates on the original miner have been provided. I requested a refund through their website for orders pending over six months. They promised a 3-8 business day processing time, but it's been over two weeks without progress. Repeated calls to the company have gone unanswered, and even a manager, John P, has not returned my voicemail.

I'm upset I purchased a pre-order for a new IOT device. With expected fulfillment date of end of summer. They were behind on fulfilling preorders. So they gave me an updated fulfillment date of October. In July I contacted for a refund via the support email provided to request said refund. They stated they would absolutely cancel my order and refund. They even sent me a receipt of refund reversing my payment transaction. However they then stated if you don't see the refund within 10 days reach back out for further assistance. When I did using the same support email chain as the previous conversation they stated they don't handle refunds anymore go through the chat bot on their website. When I attempted to do so the chat bot did nothing and now I don't have my ordered device nor do I have my refund as the order was indeed cancelled. All I want is my refund and then to hold up to what they are saying. Please assist.

They issue emails to trying get you to take a lower quality product in place of what you have purchased and every issue is blamed on covid. i could understand that to an extent, but also have been informed that people who have purchased miners after my order (from cal chip) have already received theirs. i want the product and support that i have already paid for. this delay has caused a loss in profit from this project!

After multiple emails, customer care told me to submit a form with my ID, credit card photo, and statement. Despite complying, I've had no response for two weeks. They're unreachable by phone. The item does not work, it will not finish the onboarding process.I have reached out to every contact us section on their site, and what links worked, which most don't, and still not have received a reply.I went to their RMA process link to request a refund, but when clicking the link to start the process, it gives a 404 error, and the page is not found. I have included a screen shot of this as well.I am requesting my refund and to return this broken item they sent me. They intentionally waited until the time for a charge back had been exceeded, and they state on their website that they do not allow for cancelations. With the broken link and no way to start a return, along with the complete lack of communication, I am holding a $562.24 block of plastic. Please help me to retrieve my lost funds from this illicit operation. Thank you.

Ordered two miners on April 27th and still waiting long after the expected delivery date. Now seeing that they are saying not until end of first quarter 2022. They have been holding my $863.72 this entire time. I want the two miners delivered or a refund with some form of interest.
Placed an order for *** hotspots ORDER #*** on April 28. After multiple delivery time frames were missed I asked for a refund in October and filled out the required form. Then they required another form after no refund happened. They tried to refund and the card company required fraud prevention approval that I quickly accepted. They did not try to run the card again as anybody would. This happened one more time after I told them in an email to try the card again. Now they refuse to refund again and require ANOTHER FORM. I am tired of this delay tactic and demand my money back NOW!

I purchased the *** Hotspot Miner v2 from CalChip Connect for $350.92 on Feb 4, 2021 (#***). I received it on June 24. However, this miner appeared defective as it was connected to another customer's account After contacting support, an RMA return was started on August 24. After shipping this miner back, I never had anyone reach out to me. I'm currently unable to view the status of my RMA, and am still waiting for a resolution. CalChip Connect support only tells me that I will receive an update 2-6 weeks after receiving it, and it has been well past this time range since I shipped back the product.

I agreed to the cancellation terms and have been waiting the 7-10 days Calchip requires to process the refund. It's been over 10 days, and I have not received the refund. Today, July 21, almost three weeks past the minimum refund date, I've received nothing. I've attached all documents and the 23 emails requesting the refund. As of today, you are still not able to inform if and when orders from May will be delivered, but kept the full amount paid on May during all this time. I ordered a *** miner on 5/5. It was supposed to be shipped in July. Closer to the original delivery date they said delivery would be delayed until November. In September they said they wouldn't have any more units until 2022, and gave the option to buy a replacement that was currently in stock. I submitted the form and awaited my invoice, but it never came. Several friends who submitted their form after me received their invoice right away and their unit days later. I have been waiting for my invoice for 3 weeks. Submitted multiple contact attempts that have been wholly ignored. One person responded saying I should receive and invoice in 24-48 hours, but its been 3 weeks since then. Sent more communications that were again ignored. I can't even get someone to tell me what the hold up is, or to try and cancel my order. They merged all my tickets asking for help, but no one actually provided any response. They are willfully ignoring my requests while holding my $500 hostage for half of a year.

About 3 weeks ago(20+ weeks after the purchase) they say they wont be filling those orders and they provide a couple options; replacement miner or refund, but no other information. So I chose replacement miner because they said they were in stock, about a week later they send out a email with the pricing and its almost 2x what other retailers are charging.( I've gotten 2x from different shops for literally 60%)When I saw that; not only did they hold my original purchase amount for 5 months, they wanted me to add another $500 to it for their marked up price of this replacement, I immediately emailed them for a refund. I've now sent 4-5 emails requesting a refund over the last 3 weeks with no response from them. All the while they've sent me some essential act fast emails for the replacement miner that I don't want. At this point its ridiculous, I just want my money back and I hope that these guys stop taking advantage of customers like this

Well i guess there were problems because they sent me an email that said they were running very late on shipping and they could substitute a different hotspot miner instead and get them out sorta quickly BUT they would cost allmost twice as much money.I allready paid close to $500.00 a piece for these original hotspot miners that are only about the same size as a digital clock radio. The email goes on to say that if you don't respond to the email by 10/25 that youd automatically get canceled and they would refund the credit card.So i waited for 2 weeks with no refund so i emailed them to now hear that you have to fill out some kind of request form to get a refund.i emailed them again to give them my order #s and again ask for a refund.i got an email directly that said it was being fowarded to the (support staff) .Now its 4 days later and still no response so im contacting you for your help before contacting my credit card co. as that would take 30+ days to handle a refund.Thank you and God Bless.

I purchased their *** Hotspot Miner as a preorder on May 12 knowing it wasn't going to ship until September. Nothing was shipped in September. I received emails September 28, October 1, and again on October 21 containing a link to cancel the order. I filled out the form every time I received an email, and yet I've received no refund. They then send an email (October 21) saying the back order is due to a chip supply shortage and that while they can't deliver the miner I purchased for $400, they can sell me one for $949 because they have the computer chips for that. I decline and fill out the refund form again. On November 26, they send an email stating that they have a "new" refund process and I must fill out the forms yet again. November 29, they email again saying they haven't received an updated refund submission and I'd have to fill out the refund form AGAIN. The link they provide for the new support ticket doesn't even offer an option for support for the *** miners. It specifically has an option for everything except the *** miners. As they continue to sell "upgraded" more expensive versions of the miners, it's clear that they have no intentions of refunding anyone's money.

Sure enough, it ships out a week or two later, sends to the old address, and gets returned to CalChip. After weeks of emails and messages to their instragram, I finally received a response, telling me that if I wanted them to ship it again, Id have to go online and pay more for new shipping despite the fact that THEY shipped it to the wrong address. My other option was a refund. I chose the refund. It has been 4 weeks and 5 emails and Ive not heard a word from them about my refund, except for 2 replies on their Instagram saying they were going to respond to my emails that day. Of course, this never happened. Frankly I dont know how this company is in business.

Calchip provided updates along the way. 10/11 a formal refund request was made to Calchip as unit was not received and no firm shipping date was received. The refund procedure was in accordance with Calchip requirements and was promised within 7-10 days. Many emails and phone calls were placed after 7-10 business days had passed with no response as refund not provided. On 11/24 communication was re-established as Calchip sent group email stating further personal documentation is needed to process all refunds stating this was in accordance with Credit Card merchant for transactions >180 days old and best practices for mitigating fraud. Calchip is requiring a new form be completed, scanned copy of state issued driver's license be provided, and full credit card information be provided. I have attempted to make contact with Calchip almost every other day since refund practices were changed on 11/24 with no response. Referenced attached documentation showing required online form and email exchanges with Calchip. Sending personal information such as requested by Calchip is not required to issue a refund for goods never received and original refund request was placed within parameters of Calchip's refund policies before new procedure was introduced.

Hello, I purchased 3 sets of *** Hotspot Miners v2's from this company back in April . They publicly advertised on their website and through multiple emails that the product would ship between July-August . My trust in the purchase was placed with this company based on those advertised dates. I've not only supplied the funds for these purchases, but now I've lost profits of exceeding $100,000 which is being accounted for. They've sent me an email saying they're going to auto cancel my order if I don't respond in a 30 days period that requests that I opt into waiting for the units until an unspecified date, but sent me these request a week into that period. Once I responded to that email they solicited a bribe to use the same funds from my orders on units that could ship within a week or so that cost $949 per machine when they retail from the manufacturer *** for $519. I've been falsely advertised to, bribed with a price ***, and have lost huge profits based on this purchase when I could have easily gone with another company at the time that could have fulfilled this order without negligence. Calchip are refusing to offer a refund even after multiple request for a refund have been submitted. No response is received when requesting a refund, and they continuously send out newsletters prompting you to try a new and improved refund system. Seems like they have hundreds of unfulfilled orders, which you can see via the hundreds of negative reviews being left on the review websites. I haven't had communication back from anyone and its been around 7months since i placed an order (3 months exceeding the date they originally set for delivery which was bad enough). They have even gone as far as sending what looks like a hoax refund email (hoax because a refund still hasn't been received). Its been a week since I received that and still no refund (even though this email says 48hrs).There refund process was very suspicious, it requested further card details to process a refund (such as cvv). I know this is incorrect as a refund can be processed with minimal information already present on an order receipt (last few digits of the payment card for example). Their practices seem shady/fraudulent and i am regretting putting any trust in this online business.If they would even have the courtesy to reply to customer emails it would at least bring confidence. From what things look like at the moment, this was an elaborate scam/fraud, with hundreds of people out of pocket. Something needs to be done, they shouldn't be allowed to operate.

This is absolutely unbelievably ridiculous, I have emails after everytime I fill out the form for conformation, as a text messages! I'm done dealing with the games! I order minners almost a year ago and the date to receive them changed 5 times now as I have a post saying from *** that they fulfilled all distributors ordered and what was ordered from them as say they our not responsible for what distributors such as calchip does or says! So as of a month ago I filled out a refund form now for the 5th utime, as have a message from calchip saying they refunded my money! The bank has no such deposit made to my account as I have all the screen shots of all 5 times after asking for a refund! There is no way to call calchip besides talking to a bot that's gets you absolutely nowhere, or a email that won't get answered! I just want my money ! It's been over a month! I have over 27 videos of and hundreds of screen shots , please just give me my money! As of right now there is no minners even being made for calchip to sent out to costmers that have been paid and waiting ,I don't want to have to keep filling out forms or getting messages saying you gave me a refund! Please just said me my money so I can getnon with my life! The padimic can't be given as a excuse like they say about there miners, I found the manufacturer to be open over 7 months now, let's not blame that why I can't get my refund over 5 weeks and 5 forms now because the padimic excuse! Good Evening,I ordered 8 *** wireless miners for 3500.00 from this company back in April. Unfortunately, they could not fill the demand for this product in the time frame and contniued to push back delivery. (two orders *** and ***)They offered replacement options two months ago. AT first I chose to replace the miners with 2 *** miners which where significantly higher priced (1500 for two). BUT they kept sending invoices for 4 of these miners (they created an order number *** and kept INVOICING me for difference). After numerous contacts, I then cancelled all orders thorough required forms multiple times and completed refund requests. (I have all of these request on file). I reached out to ORDERS and HELP desk department via email several times (received confirmation of these communications). Attaching some of this. Low and behold they shipped 2 miners as originally requested yesterday 11/19. (I do not want the product. I refused delivery-I was scared to accept since I have been unsuccessful in contacting the business-but also scared to refuse as I have no product nor refunds) The product was returned to them (have *** tracking). I also called and left numerous messages for the company. ***) no return calls as of today. I JUST want a refund. Read *** reviews. THIS company has had our money for 3/4 of a year constantly pushing back delivery dates. (I was supposed to receive this April order in August. Then September then ... so on. They should not be allowed to operate this way. They are holding our product and money hostage. NO COMMUNICATION. I can send whatever you need, but I have a lot so I will upload a few things. After over ten days of troubleshooting, both companies came to the conclusion that the miner is not working properly and to contact the vendor (CalChip Connect). On 05/21 I pre ordered a *** crypto miner for $472.40 with an initial estimate delivery of 9/30, order #***, after the estimated date passed they sent out a email stating they were back logged. They then sent out a email for people that purchased the *** miner who did not receive it for the possibility to swap it for a lesser model, which I did not do, as of now they haven't sent any updates for the miner, I went to their website and filled out a form that they have online for the refund of the *** miner for pre orders over 6 months old, if you havnt received it yet, they say the processing time takes 3-8 business days and it's been over 2 weeks, I've called the company several times regarding this issue and have yet to receive a call back. I was even forwarded to one of the managers John P which went right to voice mail with no call back
