Misleading service | fake assurance | got cheated
Hi,
Myself Shekhar.
I have opted for a lead service from a person called as Anton.
He gave assurance to me about quality of service by Callbox and I paid 100s of dollars to them.

But since then, they shown true colors of this pathetic service provider company.
I wasted 6 months to follow up them.
They assured 60 leads but still they failed despite taking many months.
Now I lost my whole service fees as well as these great people not replying.

A representative from Call Box rang our office 24/01/2012 and wanted to speak with the owner of our business. I spoke with the person who indicated that they could generate a lot of leads for our company. As they were not based in Australia, I respectfully asked a simple question relating to how they would generate leads from another country when they did not have a fix on the culture, business climate or the demographics in Australia; I asked how they would be resourced to be able to secure leads over and above an Australian based lead generation company. The representative was disrespectful in the extreme and simply hung up on me without a further word. Thanks Call Box. CallBox = epic marketing and PR FAIL.

I see that your contract with us is for $300 at $5 per record of confirmed Salesforce end users. However, during the course of the campaign you expressed that you would like screen only those interested for training. You have our confidence, Shekhar that we did our best to generate as much interest from the list as much as we can even beyond your contract term. However, we can not guarantee that all records in the list will be interested in salesforce training.
