5-10-2024 purchased trailer at Camping World in Fresno along with the extended warranty.
5-14-2024 I cancelled the extended warranty and was told it would take 6-8 weeks for the 3,535.00 to be refunded to the balance.
6-11-2024 Finance agent Nick Gates responded he would start process this week after 5-6 phone calls and e-mails.
7-18-24 "Nick" e-mailed saying refund should show on next bank statement.
7-31-2024 got form from warranty company with cancellation form with all in-correct trailer info except the V.I.N.. Nick said dis-regard that notice.
8-6-2024 Met "Nick" at Camping World who said it should show refund on next statement. Nothing.
8-22-2024 Spoke with "Nick Gates" who e-mailed me a copy of a check for some of the refund with the invoice date of 7-31-24 and issue date of 8-20-24
He said other two checks for remainder weren't ready yet.
As of 8-26-24 still nothing on account. I have either e-mailed, texted, spoke with or left messages for "Nick Bates" at Camping World in Fresno a minimum of 22 times and still nothing. I have never received such poor customer service, not to mention, who's drawing interest on my money and where is it?
Claimed loss: I'm out the $3,535 and some change so far and whatever interest is being collected on that money.
Desired outcome: A full refund of extended warranty as I was told was coming. Interest @10.24 % on the $3,535 from 7-12-24 to whenever they finally refund me. (that would be the date after 8 weeks after cancelling the extended warranty)
